麵粉一日，楓漿培根鬆餅早午餐、晚餐鍋貼

鎖在家裏第一天，聽說公婆在門前買了小溫室，宅配送到的貨都在溫室裏放 24 小時才進屋，現階段我都在門口把包裝全拆了丟掉、商品用 Dettol 噴過並靜置一小時以上才使用，我們正討論要把一樓的客用小廁所拿來當包裹「檢疫」場所，總之要小心再小心。

現在不再做週菜單，有什麼吃什麼，也不再熨燙居家服，節省時間；早上做鬆餅、晚上包鍋貼，全家都喜歡。

為了慶祝連假, Vincent 的貝斯也休假, 換上蘇沙號！2/25 明晚7:30pm, 有什麼比早期爵士的紐奧良編制更能提前慶祝 Mardi Gras 的呢？非常感謝 David Chen 的邀請和信任！Mardi Gras 意指盛大的嘉年華會，每年大約2月底3月初，是基督教齋戒前的狂歡節，在許多蘊含基督教歷史的城市中皆有舉辦的傳統。而爵士樂起源地─紐奧良的Mardi Gras 則是地球上僅次於巴西嘉年華最大的集體狂歡派對 !

除了紐約, Vincent & Calice, 一直都很愛紐奧良這個城市, 還有那讓人魂牽夢縈的紐奧良法式甜甜圈Beignet！Vincent 新專輯《Lullaby for the Youth》的最後一首歌 "After Sunshine" 還特別以紐奧良的second-line節奏來創作。連2017年的NBA All Star都才剛在紐奧良舉辦, 開場演奏美國國歌的是紐奧良出生、目前在美國非常熱的爵士鋼琴手Jon Batiste。快來了解什麼叫1920/30年代的紐奧良傳統爵士！
