The best meal of the whole trip has to be this one. Heavily influenced by Spanish culture during colonial period, traditional Spanish cuisine in Philippines is very solid.
The famous Spanish dish roasted 30 day old baby pig from this restaurant tastes authentic with not much spices used. Taste is not too overpowering which enable the freshness of the pork meat to be savoured. The skin of the pig just freshly cooked from the kitchen was still crispy and hot, even the next table can hear the crunchy sound of every bite.
