See a Mighty Jesus
“In the year that king Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up; and his train filled the temple. Above him stood the seraphim. Each one had six wings. With two he covered his face. With two he covered his feet. With two he flew. One called to another, and said, “Holy, holy, holy, is Yahweh of Armies! The whole earth is full of his glory!” The foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke.” (Isaiah 6:1-4 WEB)
Picture this majestic vision. The mortal king of Israel had just died, and the Lord Christ revealed Himself, seated on His throne of glory which was high and lifted up, and the train of His robes filled the whole temple. The longer the train, the more honorable the king is—it was a picture of the supreme ruler. The King of kings and Lord of lords!
No mortal king rules forever, so regardless of who rules in Israel, Christ is the ultimate king who is watching over the nation, protecting it from all her enemies.
We can benefit from seeing Jesus in His love and Grace, and also from seeing Him in His power and authority. However, the former is more important to be established in first because without having a sense of being loved by Him, you will be afraid of Him due to the latter.
Behold Jesus in His power. Can any enemy stand against a God like that? He is Yahweh of Armies, who commands the seraphim, the cherubim, the four living creatures, the chariots of fire, and all the heavenly armies. The natural elements of this world like the wind and waves obey His word, and nothing can resist His command.
When we magnify the Lord in our hearts, we won’t fear the enemies because the greatness of our God overshadows the problems we face in life.
What does the passage mean when it says that “the house was filled with smoke”? This smoke is the smoke from the altar of incense, which is a picture of the prayers being offered up by the nation of Israel. The people were crying out for God to help them, and that is why the temple was filled with smoke—the many prayers of the people.
“The Lord said, “Listen to what the unrighteous judge says. Won’t God avenge his chosen ones, who are crying out to him day and night, and yet he exercises patience with them? I tell you that he will avenge them quickly. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”” (Luke 18:6-8 WEB)
God is being patient, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance in Christ Jesus. There is a day of vengeance coming, which is the period of time called the Tribulation and the Day of Christ, and it will be horrible for the inhabitants of this earth who have not received Jesus Christ as Lord. We won’t be going through the Tribulation, but we will be returning to earth with Jesus on the Day of Christ (popularly known as the Second Coming).
Our Lord is not coming back as a meek Lamb, but as the mighty Lion of the tribe of Judah.
“I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are a flame of fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has names written and a name written which no one knows but he himself. He is clothed in a garment sprinkled with blood. His name is called “The Word of God.” The armies which are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in white, pure, fine linen. Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword, that with it he should strike the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod. He treads the wine press of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty. He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, “KING OF KINGS, AND Lord OF LORDS.”” (Revelation 19:11-16 WEB)
We have to change the picture of the ascended Jesus we have in our minds. He is no longer the bleeding and suffering man of sorrows who was so injured that He fell from the weigh of the cross that He was carrying.
He is now high and lifted up, back on His throne of glory, with all the heavenly armies at His command. In fairy tales, there is often a handsome prince on a white horse that whisks the damsel in distress away to a happy ending where they ride away together into the sunset. Where did humans get this picture from?
“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that man can’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11 WEB)
God has set eternity into the hearts of men. Jesus is the prince who will save Israel from her oppressors. When you think of Jesus today, see a mighty King who commands the heavenly armies to fight your battles for you. He does this because He loves you!

The beautiful language and the Metaphysics knowledge are the roots to our Chinese culture. A race that neglects and abandons its roots will not get any respect from others and eventually die out.
Just before leaving, Master Dai Hu performed a round of blessings for everybody's personal objects. Upon request, he also did a simple demonstration on how to use the chanting beads, ending the night on an auspicious note
Thank you to all participants who made an effort to dress up and Mr & Mrs Gordonn Chiu for their beautiful flower bouquets, as a birthday gift to Master Dai Hu.

Ex-Sac State punter Lively makes pitch for Giants job

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – As summer grows long in the minor leagues, players look for ways to break up the monotony of their daily routine. Last season, Mitch Lively, a pitcher in the Giants' system, did that in Fresno by putting a ball in flight.
Granted, the ball was not round, and Lively used his foot, not his right arm. A two-sport athlete at Sacramento State who punted for the football team from 2003 to 2006, Lively brought a football out before games and unleashed punts toward his fellow relievers on the Triple-A Grizzlies.
"He said he was good, but he really wasn't," right-hander Dan Otero said. "No, he could really kick it. We all got out there to try to catch it. I think it hit a couple people in the face."
Right-hander Heath Hembree said "try" was a relative term.
"I don't think anybody was brave enough," Hembree said. "He'd kick it, and we'd run over and wait off to the side until it landed and then pick it up."
Lively, who is from Susanville, has the second-best career average (40.83 yards) at Sac State among punters with at least 50 attempts.
These days, he says, he "can still put it up there." But it's recreational now as Lively, 27, tries to make more of an impression with his arm.
He went 8-4 with a 2.99 ERA in 47 games for Fresno last season and earned an invitation to his second big-league camp. The victories and his 69 strikeouts in 78 1/3 innings were career highs for Lively, who was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 16th round in 2007. This spring, he hasn't allowed a run in three outings for the Giants.
"He's got enough fastball control … he throws down well, he throws in to lefties, and he's not afraid to use both sides of the plate," Giants pitching coach Dave Righetti said. "His off-speed stuff is getting there – he's got a nice split he uses and a little slider.
"I know he hasn't thrown a lot, but he's been trying, and as long as he's here, I'll keep pitching him every couple days and see what we've got."
Another thing Lively has going for him, Righetti said, is "that angle."
At 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds, Lively has a football player's build, and he comes over the top with his delivery, giving his pitches a distinct downhill angle. Last year, he complemented it by pounding the strike zone (23 walks, his fewest over a full season since 2008) and said he felt that was a big reason for his success.
"I'd rather get hit around than go walk guys," Lively said. "It's just competitive nature."
A spot on the Giants' Opening Day roster is unlikely, though Righetti pointed out the Giants brought up several relievers from Fresno during last season, including Steve Edlefsen, Shane Loux and George Kontos.
"One of your guys who (is) throwing a lot may need a break," Righetti said. "It's hard to say at this point, but this guy, he's definitely on the radar. (I) like the way he's doing his thing."
Following last season, Lively went to Venezuela to play winter ball. Back in California, he was about to start ramping up for this season, he said, when he found out he needed an appendectomy.
The Jan. 4 procedure set him back a few weeks on running and weightlifting, but "as far as my arm, everything's been good," he said.
"My goal is to go at least to the exhibition games (in San Francisco in late March)," said Lively, who was among mid-March cuts last spring. "That's what I told myself my goal is. Anything after that's a plus."
Torres returns – Outfielder Andres Torres returned to the Giants' lineup in their 2-1 win over the Rangers on Monday and showed that the abdominal strain that sidelined him for two weeks hasn't drained his strength.
Torres went hitless in four at-bats but drove a ball to the warning track off Yu Darvish on his first swing. Then, after striking out chasing a high fastball with the bases loaded in the fourth, Torres snapped his bat over his knee in frustration.
"My knee's fine," Torres said afterward. "The bat is broke."
Et cetera – Madison Bumgarner had his best outing of the spring, allowing one hit and striking out four in four scoreless innings. Catcher Buster Posey said the left-hander "moved the ball to both sides of the plate as well as I've seen him this spring."
• Tony Abreu, who began camp as a candidate for the utility infield role, started at third base and went 1 for 2 in his spring debut. Abreu, who has been battling a strained quadriceps, limped noticeably running out a single. He had ice over his left knee afterward and said his leg "hurts today, but tomorrow, every day, better."
• The Giants will host Japan's World Baseball Classic team in a scrimmage Thursday.
Call The Bee's Matt Kawahara, (916) 321-1015.

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Vlog mini camping di tepi sungai. First time cuba style camping/bushcraft, maaf kalau ada kekurangan dalam video ni. Hujan yang dah lama tak turun menyebabkan aras air sungai bertambah rendah berbanding vlog sebelum ni. Ikan pun lari entah ke mana. Harap musim hujan nanti aras sungai kembali seperti sedia kala.
Selamat menonton.
Good day dear friends,
For this vlog i try to do a camping/bushcraft style at the river in my village. This is my first time trying this style of vlogging. Still lacking in many ways. It has been a long hot season and you can see the water level is dropping tremendously. It's kind of difficult to catch fish with this river condition especially using casting method. Hopefully the water level will back to normal during rainy season at the end of the year.
Enjoy.

Go Behind The Scenes of Strike Back in Malaysia
Super grateful for getting the chance to have been on the show Strike Back. To be able to act with Hollywood professionals was an experience I would always cherish.
I was in Season 7 episode 6 for Strike Back. My character's name was Pinya, though it was never mentioned in the show. Acting as the gang leader for a women's prison center was something I never thought I was going to get the chance to do. I was in Johor to shoot the episode for about 5 days. It was a very surreal experience. From the audition, to the call that I got it, to being flown down to Pinewood Studios - which is no longer in Johor :(. to having a reading with all the cast and production crew..... SURREAL!!
To get a glimpse of what it's like to be in a TV Show production, makes you appreciate even more the effort and time of the 30 mins / 45 min / 1 hour show that is shown on screen. The cast and crew worked tirelessly. Mad props to all of them for being away from their family members for months, just to give us entertainment.
I hope this video gives you an insight into what goes on for a TV Show. Thank you for watching :)
