Create your calm by sitting daily. 🤍

To sit with?

1. Blocks or Meditation Cushion
Depends on the height you prefer, sitting on some height helps to lengthen the spine and to have a better posture. Sitting comfortably is the foundation of practice.

2. Malas
My teachers in the teacher training gifted me a rose quartz mala last year. Mala is a string of beads, with different gems or crystal with different meaning. It holds so much energy. Wear it for your spiritual practice.

3. Ear Plug or Head Phone
If you’re living with other people or in a city, sometimes sounds/ noises might easily distract you. I love wearing head phone, helping to be more focus during the practice.

4. Alarm
Set a gentle sound of alarm, maybe it’s in your phone, to remind yourself it’s time to finish the practice. I love using a bell sound. Listen to it for 3 times before turning it off.

5. A Smile
Put a smile on the face and it helps relaxing the whole face muscles. Easy and helpful to feel ease in the body.

Then, close your eyes, take a few deep breath, feeling calm, ease, balanced and stillness within you.
