以下是我友人的友人的親身經歷,深思啊大眾還有我自己。早上閱報時詳細閱讀每一個跟台灣復興航空空難有關的字,心已很痛;而這國家、這航空公司、這社會,還有我們每一個人,都是不要“鬧事”的乖小孩?
(有時我們就是需要狠狠施壓,有關當局才會覺得事態嚴重而採取正確的行動,而非等到意外發生了才來談補償或預防啊)

臨起飛正副機師怒吼對罵
乘客受驚拒乘不受理
每個星期都檳城吉隆坡來回工作的友人,昨天晚上原本應該搭上 OD 1169, 2110時 PEN-SZB 的飛機回來吉隆坡。 當乘客們都安頓好,飛機準備起飛的時候,機房內傳來陣陣怒吼聲,正副機長竟然在對罵,持續了好一陣子後,空姐紅著眼眶從裡面走出來。
此時一名外國遊客要求下飛機;原本已經安坐的乘客們也一行整二十多人一起離開機艙。約莫30分鐘後,機長親自到機場內一一向乘客們道歉,希望大家上飛機。
朋友覺得當下機長的情緒無法執行他的專業,不想把自己的生命拿來做賭注,同時也有另外六位乘客拒絕乘搭該班班機。但由於多數乘客願意再次回到機上,飛機也就延遲出發,然後安全抵達了(感謝上天)。
令人無法置信的是,被留下來的七人,地勤人員裝作沒一會事,而櫃檯也已經關閉。朋友只好打電話到客服,客服人員Juanal竟然說機長的情緒不在他們負責的範圍內,而拒搭是乘客們自己的決定,他們也不會為此負責,要他們自行解決被留在那裡接下來的事宜,有什麼不滿意的話還請他們到官網留言。朋友氣炸了,誓必要把這件事情鬧大。目前已經依她的官方指示,在官網留了很客氣的話,期待天亮的時候他們可以好好處理這件事情。

雖然這家航空公司的處理方式讓我傻眼,但這件事情更令我毛骨悚然的地方,是90%的人願意當作沒一回事的重新坐上該班機;拒乘的七人當中,有一位當下馬上若無其事地買了隔天的機票,就離開現場;剩下的四位雖然心裡憤憤不平,但是當我朋友提到絕不罷休要做點什麼的時候,四個人紛紛退縮,說不要鬧事;就只剩下朋友和那位老外在據理力爭,老外還說:“這就是馬來西亞嗎?要是在我們國家機師早就得上扣受審了。”
自行爭取離開飛機的是老外,朋友原本也只是在群組裡“有趣”地分享了機師吵架的事情,經我們一群人提醒才發現事態嚴重。我擔心的不是我國家有多不好,而是我親愛的人們都變成了一隻隻的水煮青蛙,什麼危機意識都沒了。因為經驗告訴我們做什麼都不會有結果,所以什麼也不嘗試就先放棄了,堂堂一家航空公司竟然可以這麼草草了事,其實你們這班“不愛惹事”的乘客真的功不可沒,這真的讓我不寒而慄,放棄,絕對不是改善的方法!)

My friend who travel every week to Penang for work, was suppose to board flight OD 1169, 2110 from PEN-SZB last night. When everyone is onboard and the plane was ready to take off, they heard really loud yelling and quarrelling from the pilot's room, apparently the pilot were having a serious fight with the co-pilot, they were shouting at each other to an extend that all the passengers could actually hear them, the quarrelling was carried on for quite a while and a stewardess walked out from the pilot's room with teary red eyes.
A foreigner then stood up and asked for permission to leave the plane, my friend and more than 20 other passengers followed. After 30 minutes of liaising with the ground crew, the pilot came down from the plane and apologised to all passengers and invited them to board the plane again.
With the emotional condition of both the pilot and co-pilot, my friend felt that they are definitely not fit enough to fly the plane and they couldn't assure the safety of all the passengers. He decided not to board again together with the other 6 passengers. The funny thing is , majority of them willing to go on board again, and the plane landed safely, thank god!
Guess what happened to the 7 of them? The counter was closed and the ground crew told my friend there's NOTHING they can do or offer like nothing actually happened. My friend was instructed to call the customer service hotline. A girl by the name of Juanal, told him that the pilot's emotion is not their concern and not boarding the plane is the passenger's own choice, so they are not going to responsible to anything, by leaving 7 of them at the airport middle of the night. She even told him that if he is not happy, the only thing they can do is to make a complaint at their official website.
The airline handled this incident in a very irresponsible and unprofessional way, but what triggered me is unbelievably there were actually more than 90% of the passengers just happily board the same plane again without any word. Out of the 7 passengers who refused to do so, 1 just bought another ticket and leave the airport, although the other 4 were quite pissed off and were in line with my friend, but when my friend suggest to do something and not going to let them off easily, they backed off and said that they do not want to create any trouble. Let my friend and the foreigner alone who still fighting for their rights, the foreigner was so disappointed and expressed himself " So this is Malaysia, huh? If this happened back in our country the pilot will be cuffed for investigations."
The foreigner is the only one who realised that their safety is being threatened and wanted to leave the plane, my friend was just sharing with us in our whatsapp group about the quarrelling and then finally figured out the seriousness of this incident after all of us in the group reacted. This really scares me a lot, our people are giving up, they are not holding on to any hope or expectations anymore because they failed so hard every time they try to do something, now, they just give up, easily, even when it's just the basic rights and benefits. An airline company can simply handle the incident in this way, credits to those people who don't fight for your own right, who don't want to create any trouble. Never give up, people! Giving up does not help, in any way!
