在香港中價位意大利餐這家屬於數一數二。台北的還是有㸃距離。我由其喜歡它的Lasagna 和 Carbonara。從金鐘開始分店開完一間又一間。 這次中午在尖沙咀開會就試在附近的這一家，水凖跟金鐘中環兩家差不多，蠻穩定。

Amongst mid-range Italian restaurants in HK, this one probably ranks one of the best. I especially like it’s Lasagna and Carbonara. From it first shop in Admiralty, more shops has been opened proving how good its business is.
As meeting is scheduled at TST, it’s good opportunity to taste this branch nearby. Similar to Admiralty and Central ones, quality is consistent.

Grilled Beef Short Ribs 醬燒牛肋骨. At 【Michelin 2 ⭐️⭐️ Sun Tung Lok 新同樂酒家, Mira Mall 4th Floor, Tsim Sha Tsui 】. It has moved around at a few locations, I think my family’s visits & oldest memories were when it was in Wanchai, & also in Happy Valley, but we have also been going to the TST shop many times these years. This item used to be only $75 believe it or not in TST location, but now has almost tripled in price. It’s consistently 2 starred in rating & also got 3 Stars rating for some years although never really deserved I believe, but personally I think Lunch is better than Dinner overall as one can order both Dim Sum & A La Carte items, and a pitfall for Cantonese Restaurants in town if u ask me to compare to overseas. There is no reason for Hong Kong restaurants to stop serving dim sums at night time. Spanish places don’t cut off Tapas items after 9pm, and that’s why it gave room for places like Tim Ho Wan to thrive ...

(Also I have never visited Central shop which closed in no time, the menu was just a rip off and much pricier than here, especially when u have stiff competition opposite in Luk Yu Tea House, one of the best Dinner dining places in HK on a good day & when ordered correctly, and it’s way better than their Dim Sums except may be Signature 2 items..) Sorry I spoke quick tonight as I don’t like to drag on forever, just be efficient. Thanks 😐🐼 Language !

Pros: I am quite satisfy with the lunch buffet. The environment is comfortable and service is up to standard. Large selection of food with quality. Excellent Indian cuisine. Good quality of cold seafood and Dim Sum, and the crab is the highlight here. Large selection of dessert. The wine package is well worth the price if you need some alcohol for the relaxing weekend. Book online for 30% off Original price is 498 HKD.

Cons: There is a problem with the clean dishes. we need to wait for it sometimes. In addition, the chef on the food counter is not very attentive and sometime you need to wait the chefs to serve you.
