Especially now that there's filter machines offering all sorta patterns, and especially when we are in this region where most of us are not very confident with our tap water. 1. CHUYỆN TIẾT GIẢM NGÀY CƯỚI
Vâng, tui cưới thật, sau 30 năm cuộc đời. Trong lúc mọi người đang xúng xính chuẩn bị áo quần (rất đáng yêu) để đi đám cưới tui thì vấn đề khiến tui đau đầu nhất là làm thế nào để giảm thiểu rác và lãng phí trong chuyện cưới hỏi (tráp ăn hỏi, chai nhựa, trang trí...). Khi sự kiện liên quan đến rất nhiều thành viên trong gia đình, dù cô dâu có là người chủ động đến mấy trong khâu tổ chức thì cũng không tránh khỏi những điều không như ý muốn cá nhân, vì vậy quan trọng nhất vẫn là sự bàn bạc, trao đổi và thỏa hiệp để tất cả cùng vui tươi, tránh căng thẳng. Một số điều nhỏ mình và mẹ đã làm được, cũng như những điều mình chưa làm được, mình xin chia sẻ ở một bài post riêng.

2. #到底先加水或是先加奶粉？
這個議題，是很多爸爸媽媽不知道「量」和「濃度」怎麼拿捏：
「先加水，再加入奶粉, 奶量不就會變多了嗎？」
我的本意是為了澄清這件事情所以才會這樣寫。
而大部分奶粉是先加水。但若奶粉說明書上建議先加奶粉（例如明治等），則請按照說明書。

3. #換奶粉要慢慢換？，的確是以往根深蒂固的觀念。但是其實不必要，除非是特殊情況醫師有指示，才需觀察適應狀況，才會漸進式轉。其實是直接換即可

4. #70度的水會不會有殺死益生菌的問題：
70度的確會殺死益生菌。
這個問題就是： 致病菌可能風險 VS 益生菌被燙死
針對一歲以下的嬰兒, 奶水溫度確實有些爭議，雖說依照大廠奶粉嚴格把關，已經在出口進口時抽驗，將阪崎氏菌、沙門氏菌⋯⋯排除了。但還是要依照AAP的建議去做，較為安全。尤其是嬰幼兒的免疫系統尚未健全。
一般益生菌沖泡建議不要超過55℃。多半是要冷藏或是置於常溫的保存環境中。就算標榜本身為耐熱菌或耐熱技術再好，也不容易在60℃以上存活。
5. 奶量
那張奶量圖片意思是美國兒科醫學會的通則大方向，不是定律。目的在於給爸媽有個慨念。
奶量是因人而異，有正常成長就好
