My life update
ทุกคนคะ ตอนนี้จ๋ากำลังอยู่ในช่วงที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับไทรอยด์ค่ะ ตอนนี้อยู่ในการดูแลของคุณหมอที่ดูไบ จ๋าหยุดบินมาประมาณ 3 สัปดาห์แล้ว และยังคงจะหยุดไปเรื่อยๆจนกว่าคุณหมอจะอนุญาตให้กลับมาบิน ขณะนี้ยังคงไม่ทราบแน่ชัดว่าเป็นอะไรค่ะ ต้องรอดูต่อไปว่าตรงกับที่คุณหมอคาดการณ์ไว้รึเปล่า
Hi, everyone. I’m going through a medical condition related to thyroids at the moment. I’m currently under the doctor treatment in Dubai. I’ve already been grounded for 3 weeks. And it seems like I’ll have to continue staying on ground until the doctor says I’m fit to fly as a flight attendant. I’m not sure yet what exact thyroid thing I’m going through. I have to wait and see whether it’s something the doctor expects it to be.
อาการที่เป็นตอนนี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อการใช้ชีวิตค่อนข้างมากค่ะ จ๋าเหนื่อยง่าย เพราะหัวใจเต้นแรง บางทีตื่นมายังไม่ทันทำอะไรก็เหนื่อยแล้วค่ะ อยู่ดีๆจะมีอาการหงุดหงิด ร้องไห้ หดหู่ กังวล เหงา อาการทุกอย่างจะเกิดขึ้นโดยไม่มีสาเหตุ และมาเป็นบางช่วงของวัน ทำให้แพลนอะไรไว้ก็ทำได้ไม่สำเร็จ ซึ่งขัดกับนิสัยเดิมของตัวเองมากๆ ที่เล่ามาคืออาการหลักๆและยังไม่รวมอาการแฝงอื่นๆ
The symptoms I’m having right now effects my daily life quite a lot. I’m easily exhausted because my heart’s beating so strongly. Some days, I woke up and got tired straight away without doing anything. Randomly, I would become moody, emotional, depressed, anxious, and lonely. All symptoms come and go without reasons. And they only happen some time of the day. And because of these, whenever I plan to do something, I fail doing so. It’s actually opposite of my original self. What I’m telling you are just obvious symptoms, not including less obvious ones.

You guys might see that I’ve still been posting videos. It’s because I’m posting those that I’ve filmed a while ago. Once, I’m running out of these videos, I’ll pause my YouTube video posting for a while.

Thank everyone so much for the support. And I do appreciate those who’ve been contacting regarding my resume work and even So Fly lipstick that I’ve stopped producing. If I get better to the point that I can live my life normally, I promise I’ll share with you guys about my experience related to the health conditions. I believe it’ll be very useful for most of you.
