One of the things that make Japan such an attractive country to visit is the night scenery. Especially during wintertime, when you can find illuminated displays throughout big cities around the country.⁣

Nabana no Sato (なばなの里) is a botanical garden/theme park in Kuwana City, in Mie prefecture (Tokai Region). People from all around the world come to see the large variety of flowers and vegetation. But what really makes this place so popular within visitors is its illuminating installations.⁣

It’s kind of impossible to take clean photo at this tunnel.. but don’t give up, keep walking towards end of tunnel and somehow we managed to snap a few clean shots, with a bit of photoshop magic 🤗⁣

「王道」グループの店、久しぶりの訪問！神奈川県横浜市『家系ラーメン王道 王道之印』にお邪魔しました。千葉県柏市の超人気家系ラーメン『柏王道家』系列店です。千葉県や神奈川県を中心に、栃木や茨城県、2018年には東海地方・岐阜県にも進出しています。各店舗とも王道家のエッセンスを受け継ぎながらも地域のニーズに応じて独自の変化を遂げている気がします。熟練した職人技から生み出されるラーメン、どうぞご覧ください！

The "Oudou-ya" group store after a long absence! I visited "Iekei Ramen Oudou-no-Shirushi" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is an affiliated store of the super popular iekei ramen "Kashiwa Oudouya" in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. Focusing on Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures, we have expanded to Tochigi and Ibaraki prefectures, and in 2018 to Tokai and Gifu prefectures. While each store inherits the essence of the Oudou-ya, I feel that it has undergone unique changes according to the needs of the region. Please have a look at the ramen produced from skilled craftsmanship!

横浜の「王道」グループの店へ！神奈川県横浜市にある『家系ラーメン王道 王道之印』にお邪魔してきました！千葉県取手市の超人気家系ラーメン『王道家』系列店です。現在は千葉県や神奈川県を中心に、栃木や茨城県、そして2018年には東海地方である岐阜県にも進出を果たしました！王道家の特徴としては、パンチのある豚骨スープ、モチモチの食感のある王道家オリジナルの自家製麺、そして店舗ごとに作っている自家製燻製チャーシューなどがあります。が、実際に伺ってみると、そのエッセンスを受け継ぎつつそれぞれの店のニーズに応じて各店舗ごとが独自の変化を遂げていっている気がしました。熟練した職人技が磨かれ、より洗練された一杯が出来上がっていく…そんな経過を楽しめるのも家系ラーメンの魅力かもしれません。さあ、それでは家系激戦区である横浜にある『王道 王道之印』のラーメンを覗いてみましょう！

To the "Oudou-ya" group stores in Yokohama! I've been to the "Iekei Ramen Oudou Oudouno shirushi" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture! It is a store affiliated with "Oudou-ya", a very popular Iekei ramen in Toride City, Chiba Prefecture. Currently, we have expanded to Tochigi and Ibaraki prefectures, mainly in Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures, and to Gifu prefecture, which is the Tokai region in 2018! Characteristic of the Oudou-ya is the pork bone soup with a punch, the original homemade noodles with a chewy texture, and the homemade smoked char siu. However, when I actually visited it, I felt that each store was making its own changes according to the needs of each store while inheriting the essence. Skilled craftsmanship is refined and more sophisticated cups are completed. It may be the charm of Iekei-ramen that you can enjoy such a process. Now, let's take a look at the ramen of "Oudou-no-shirushi" in Yokohama, a fierce battlefield!

今夜は野田市にある家系、、といえば…⁉︎千葉県野田市にある『王道』に伺ってきました。以前マコが２回ほどお邪魔しましたが、今回は機会あって３人で伺うことができました。王道家グループは千葉の取手市に本店を構え、その家系ラーメンの職人技を伝えるお店が千葉や神奈川、宇都宮、茨城など関東近郊を中心に点在しています。またつい最近、東海地方に「稲葉家」が初出店を果たし、そのDNAが確実に受け継がれ広がっているのは家系ラーメンファンのみならず、ラーメンファンの皆さんの知るところと思います。濃厚でコクのある豚骨スープ、王道家オリジナルの自家製麺、オリジナルレシピによる燻煙チャーシューなど、そのノウハウは家系ラーメンの王道を走りつつ、独自の創意工夫に基づいたものです。その技から作り上げられる家系ラーメンは、一度食べると心を掴んで離さないパンチ力と魅力に溢れており、本店を始めほとんどのお店が常にお客さんが絶えない人気店となっているんです！今回は３人揃っての訪問、大きなライスとともにお腹いっぱい堪能してきました！それでは早速動画をご覧ください！
Tonight, a Iekeiramen in Noda City, Speaking of 『︎ I visited“ Oudou ”in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture. Mako had visited before, but this time there was an opportunity and all member were able to go! The Oudo Group has its head office in Toride-shi, Chiba, and stores that convey the craftsmanship of its Iekeiramen, mainly in the Kanto suburbs such as Chiba, Kanagawa, Utsunomiya and Ibaraki. Just recently, the “Inabaya” opened its first store in the Tokai region, and it is known not only by Iekeiramen fans but also by ramen fans that the DNA has been passed down. The rich and rich pork bone soup, the original homemade noodles of the Oudou, and the smoked pork with the original recipe are based on original ingenuity while running the Oudou of the Iekeiramen. Iekeiramen made from that skill is full of punch and charm that you can grab once you eat, and most of the shops, including the main store, are always popular stores where customers do not cease! This time, we had a full visit with three people, and enjoyed their stomachs with big rice! See the video now!
＊Iekeiramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one made.
