We are glad to announce that the 2nd Challenger Cup - Asian Digital Motorsport Championship will be officially launched on September 24! The competition is now open to persons who are residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam respectively. We are now inviting all sim racers to join the greatest event ever! Qualified representatives from each category will earn up to HK$1.5 million of prizes, and earn the trip of a lifetime to compete at the finals!

Too hot for hot meal? Cool Vermicelli with Grilled Pork Chop is always my must-order in Vietnamese restaurant. ⁣⁣

越翠苑 Viet Thuy Uyen is so far the first Vietnamese restaurant that does not offer Cool Vermicelli with Grilled Pork Chop. They gave me the Cool Vermicelli with Grilled Pork instead. It is definitely not as instagrammable as the Grilled Pork Chop, but turns out it tastes equally good owing to the juicy pork flavoured with lemongrass, especially after you mix everything together. Highly recommended.⁣⁣

Minced crab paste with rice vermicelli 蟹膏檬粉 is on my to-eat list! ⁣⁣

The Deep-fried chicken legs with fried rice 吹波雞髀飯 is so evil 🙈. 2 chicken legs at a time, highly recommended if you are looking for something that you seldom see in Chain Vietnamese restaurant. The rice is rather dry and has a light garlic flavour which makes everything less oily.

⁣⁣For the dessert, I would go for the Mango pudding. I expect the Pandan pudding to have a rich flavour but turns out it tastes similar as the coconut pudding with split peas 椰汁馬豆糕. The mango mochi is too much if served as a dessert after lunch. The portion is huge! ⁣

材料：
雞蛋 5，水 4 tbsp，料理酒 2 tbsp，鹽 1 tsp
牛油，麵粉，雞蛋，麵包糠，蛋黃醬 2 tbsp，芥末籽醬 1 tbsp，檸檬汁 2滴，麵包，雞蛋卷

做法：
1. 將雞蛋，水，料理酒，鹽打發拌勻，過篩
2. 在鍋內加入牛油，蛋水，用筷子攪拌，捲起做成雞蛋卷
3. 沾上麵粉，蛋液，麵包糠，油炸至香脆
4. 將蛋黃醬，芥末籽醬，檸檬汁拌勻
5. 在麵包上加上醬料，中間加入雞蛋卷，切除麵包邊，完成！

▪ INGREDIENTS:
5 Egg, 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 4 Tbsp Water, 1 Tsp Salt, 2 Sandwich Bread, 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Whole-Grain Mustard, 2 Drop Lemon Juice, Butter, Flour, Egg, Bread Crumbs

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 5 eggs, 4 Tbsp water, 2 Tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp salt in a bowl. Strain through a sieve.
2. Melt the butter on the pan and pour egg water and mix it at the same time. When the egg starts to cook and turns fluffy, fold it in half. Fold it again to make a square shape.
3. Coat the egg with flour, egg and bread crumbs.
4. Quickly deep fry the eggs.
5. Mix 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard and 2 drops of lemon juice.
6. Spread the sauce on 2 sandwich bread. Add fried egg omelet on top of one slice of bread. Cover it with another slice and cut the crusts.
