We spent one evening following a bag of meat from the rubbish dump to the dinner table.

Stage 1: Collection

今日は、ポリ袋でできる簡単フラッペシリーズで『ストロベリーヨーグルトフラッペ』を作りました！
材料は３つだけ！イチゴジャムを使うので楽々！もちろんミキサーいらずなので洗い物もほぼなし！
イチゴジャムの甘さと牛乳のクリーミーさにヨーグルトの酸味もあって、すっきり美味しい！！シャリシャリ食感もたまりません。

【オレオバナナマフィン】
今日は、洗い物スプーンだけで面倒くさい工程が一切ない『バナナオレオマフィン』を作りました！
生地はポリ袋で作って、オレオをトッッピングするだけ！これならいつでも作る気になれる超簡単レシピです。
ポイントはお砂糖を入れること！お砂糖なしだとオレオの甘みに負けてちょっとおしい味になるのですが、お砂糖を入れることでバランスがよくバナナの美味しい味わいが生きてきてオレオとの相性の良さを発揮し美味しく仕上がります！
トースターでもオーブンでも作れるので、ぜひお気軽にお試しください。

バナナ 中2本(170gほど)
卵 1個
