【What is Cloud Computing? 】
Cloud computing is the delivery of computing services such as servers, storage, databases, networks, software, analysis, and smart functions through the Internet, to speed up innovation and ensure resource flexibility.
Under the shared use of this service, cloud computing is calculated with pay-as-you-go pricing. Users don't need to purchase or maintain physical data centers and servers. Instead, they can change usage according to business needs, which helps reduce operating costs and execute infrastructure more efficiently.

Adobe, Autodesk, Intuit, Microsoft, Oracle, Zendesk, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow.
而這句話也很有趣: "And both AWS and Twilio have an ecosystem of partners (Zendesk, amongst others), who have built contact center apps of their own, using these very same platforms."
"JMP Securities analyst Patrick Walravens was more helpful in explaining the Twilio lovefest from investors. He compared the company favorably to Amazon.com Inc.’s Amazon Web Services cloud-computing division, in that they both focus on providing tools to developers that are essential to their job, and profiting when those developers’ apps grow large.
“AWS started with three very commoditized products — compute, storage and bandwidth — but then they built layer upon layer on top of that,” the analyst explained. “Twilio in a very similar way begins with a couple of equally commoditized products, which is voice and messaging, and built a set of more sophisticated tools, and on top of more sophisticated tools they’ve built what is effectively applications.”
