《星主心主》
Lord of the Stars, Lord of Your Heart (English version below)
每當我們流年沖犯太歲時，需到廟裡拜太歲、安太歲，再加點光明燈，這是爲什麼？這是爲了向值年太歲星君祈禱，光明的加持與護佑，讓我們在流年沖犯太歲的當兒，大事化小，小事化無，也希望間中，還有所做爲。蓋流年沖犯太歲，一般人都會逢病或災的。若以白話來解說的話，就如同一個人走在陰暗的道路上，實不知什麼時候會被障礙物給絆倒，或是掉進坑洞中，等等。這些發生，皆因無照明也。所以眾生都需光明接引。
道教有尊崇高神明，稱斗母元君。若對佛、道有研究者，應知祂就是佛門密宗的摩利支天菩薩是也。日本忍者是供奉祂的，因爲摩利支天菩薩有隱身法。此神通廣大的菩薩，當然不祇有隱身法而已。據吾所知，祂還有「百靈相助法」、「針線縫惡人口眼法」、「除病法」、「除瞌睡法」，以及其他秘密法。有位婦女，不知是否家中沒有時鐘（一笑），打擾吾的清夢。原來是劫數在即，請求吾化解之法。吾定神算了一下，叫她速去實龍崗上段的斗母元君廟，將事情始未述之斗母元君，再請斗母元君做主。蓋此菩薩乃所有星宿之主，有大威神力，絕對可以加持這位在劫婦女，大事化小，小事化無。果真，這位婦女的劫數，非常非常的快的化解掉了。這是她事後來電向吾道謝時，告訴吾的。吾本身是非常讚嘆斗母元君（南無摩利支天菩薩，星主）的。
每一個人其實都有一顆代表自己的星星，高高的掛在天空中。較閃亮的星星，代表著地球上偉大及尊榮的人，如：古時候的皇帝、現代的國家元首、大修行人、軍師等等。當年三國時代的諸葛孔明先生，知曉其「本命元辰」已微弱，但受劉備之託，匡扶漢室的重任尚未完成，故以「七星燈」延壽，哪知一名士兵衝進戰營，欲向其報告軍情時，無意的踢翻了其中一盞「七星燈」。諸葛孔明先生不久就一命嗚呼五丈原。吾，玳瑚師父，是非常敬仰諸葛孔明先生的。
一般來說，命運確實是早已有安排。但，有兩種人是可以扭轉命運的。這兩種人即是，大善與大惡之人。雖說人難免一死，可是人生在世，也要活得光輝精彩呀！不然肯定是白活的。所以每年，無論有沒有沖犯太歲，都可以點盞光明燈，祈請「星主」或值年太歲星君，增長妳你的光明，自然「柳暗花明又一春」。當然，平時的妳你，也應該行善佈施、戒殺放生、親近善知識、常隨佛學等等。行之久久，妳你必成為妳你心的主人，即是「心主」。「星主心主」是一而不是二。妳你的命運必定光輝精彩。

When we suffer a clash (of energy) with the Duke of Jupiter, we need to visit the temple to propitiate the Grand Duke Himself, and make light offering. Why is that so? This is to beseech the Grand Duke of Jupiter on celestial duty that year for His divine blessings and protection, so that any misfortune can be reduced to a minimum or even naught, and some accomplishment is still possible. Typically, those of us who clashed with the Grand Duke of Jupiter tends to fall sick or suffer misfortunes. To put it in layman terms, it is like a person walking in a dark alley, not knowing when he will trip over something and fall, or drop into a hole. This is attributed to the lack of a guiding light, thus sentient beings need a light to show the way.
In Taoism, there is a supreme deity, named Dipper Mother. For those who had studied Buddhism and Taoism, they should know She is the Marici Bodhisattva in Vajrayana Buddhism. She is worshipped by the ninjas in Japan because of her Invisibility Practice. Of course, this all-powerful Bodhisattva has far more powers than that. According to what I know, She possesses other prowess such as the Assistance from Hundred Spirits Practice, Sewing Up A Vile Person's Eyes & Mouth Practice, Illness Eradication Practice, Anti-Drowsiness Practice, and many other secret practices.
One lady, who perhaps doesn't have a clock at home (haha), disrupted my sweet dream one night. It turned out that she was facing a crisis and desperately seeking my advice for a solution. I collected my thoughts and did a quick calculation. I advised her to quickly make her way to the Dipper Mother Temple at Upper Serangoon area. I told her to confide everything to the Dipper Mother, and asked for Her to preside over her situation. This almighty Bodhisattva is the Lord of all constellations. She definitely has the power to bless and empower this lady, reducing or resolving the severity of her crisis. Indeed, the lady's issue was resolved extremely quickly. She told me the news when she called to thank me later on. I am in full praise and awe of Dipper Mother, also known as the Marici Bodhisattva, the Lord of the Stars.
Every one of us has a star that represents us, hanging high in the skies. Stars that shine brighter represent the great and honoured ones among us. Figures like the emperors of ancient eras, premiers of modern times, accomplished spiritual cultivators and military advisors, etc.
During the Period of the Three Warring States, the esteemed Zhuge Kong Ming realised that his life star was weakening. However, he had yet to accomplish the important mission of restoring Han Dynasty, entrusted by Liu Bei. Hence, Zhuge Kong Ming deployed the Seven Star Light Formation to extend his life. Alas, one of the lights was kicked over by a soldier who dashed into the tent to report military affairs. Not long after, Zhuge Kong Ming passed away at Wuzhang Plains. Personally, I have deep respect and admiration for the great Zhuge Kong Ming.
Generally, one's fate is predestined. However, there are 2 types of people who can change their fate: the man who performs great virtuous deeds, and the man who performs great heinous deeds. Although no one is spared from death, we should still strive for a brilliant life while we are living! Or else, our existence will be futile. Therefore regardless if there is any clash with the yearly Grand Duke of Jupiter, you can light a Lamp of Illumination every year, and seek blessings from the Lord of the Stars or the Grand Duke of Jupiter on yearly duty, to increase your personal luminance. And there will naturally be a way out, whenever you encounter problems.
It goes without saying that you must perform virtuous deeds and donations, abstain from killing, free captive lives, learning from virtuous teachers and always follow the teachings of Buddha, etc. After practicing for some time, you will surely become the master of your heart. The Lord of the Stars and the man who masters his heart are in union, and not separated. Your destiny will definitely shine with radiance and be extraordinary.

Endo Sushi 創業超過一個世紀，由1907年開業至今已經傳到第四代， Endo Sushi has been in business for more than a century and has spread to the fourth generation since its opening in 1907.
店鋪正正位於大阪中央漁市場，食材當然新鮮！ The store is located right at the Osaka Central Fish Market, and the ingredients are of course really fresh!
首先看看他們的餐牌先啦,壽司4款套餐可以選擇OMAKASE套餐， Let's look at their menu. 1st choose the 4 OMAKASE courses,
每款套餐五件壽司(1,150円)， 當中一款時令套餐會按當造食材不時更換種類， There are 5 pieces of sushi (1,150 yen) per set, and 1 of the seasonal sets will be changed according to the time in season.
根據時令盛產的食材而製作。這個湯要另外叫的300yen(21HKD), 是否很足料呢! Made according to seasonal ingredients. This soup is costed 300yen (21HKD). Isn't it rich?
我order了這款壽司, 有 Anago、Uni、Tai、Toro、Hamachi I ordered this set with Anago, Uni, Tai, Toro n Hamachi。
Anago是鹹水鰻魚, 多用作壽司魚生片用途 Anago is saltwater eel, mostly used for sushi sashimi
只會在日本才有, 至於Unagi就是淡水鰻魚, 一般的鰻魚飯就是用Unagi It ’s only available in Japan. As for Unagi, it ’s freshwater eel usually for making of eel rice.
Unagi 除了在日本之外, 還會來自台灣、中國、韓國和越南 Other than Japan, Unagi will also come from Taiwan, China, South Korea n Vietnam
Uni就是海膽啦, 食用的部分不是指牠的身體, 而是海膽的雌性或雄性的生殖腺 Uni is the sea urchin. The edible part is not their body, but the female or male gonad of the sea urchin.
即是精巢或卵巢, 海膽的種類好多, 但是適宜食用的只有幾種 There are many kinds of sea urchins, but there are only a few suitable for consumption
其中蝦夷馬糞海膽又稱赤海膽, 是最受歡迎。 Among them, the Mesocentrotus franciscanus sea urchin, also known as the red sea urchin, is the most popular.
因為牠擁有鮮豔的金黃色, 細緻的顆粒、黏稠甘甜的口感 Because it has a bright golden yellow color, fine particles with thick and sweet taste

Tai 是鯛魚, 日文和可喜可賀是諧音, 所以日本人在喜慶的時候都好鍾意食這一種魚 Tai is sea bream with celebration in Japanese are homophonic, so Japanese like to eat this fish when they are celebrating
由於牠是海魚, 壽司中亦都是屬於貴價魚,有白肉魚王之美譽 Because it is a marine fish which consider expensive sushi n is known as the King of white fish
魚肉軟嫩, 油脂不多, 鯛壽司的製作技巧是用熱水輕焯連皮的魚肉 The meat is soft and tender, and there is not much fat. The technique of making sea bream sushi is to blanched the fish meat with hot water.
再過冷河使魚皮軟化, 魚皮同魚肉之間的皮下脂肪經過溫水焯過之後 Then let the cold water softens the skin n the subcutaneous fat between the skin and the meat is boiled in warm water

1st question is: “Please explain what Now United is!”
Now United is a pop group produced by Simon Fuller with singers and dancers from 14 different countries: Japan, South Korea, China, Philippines, India, Russia, Mexico, Finland, Senegal, United States, Canada, Germany, Brazil, and United Kingdom. And what we do is we’re based in LA, and when we’re in LA, we basically do song recordings and dance rehearsals. Other than that, we go on a world tour and visit all over the world and do performances, shoot TV shows, and do meet and greet with the fans.
