Most people who visit George Town don't realize there's a lot of beaches worth noting in Penang. You won't get the most spectacular beaches, but you'll get some. My friends and I took a boat tour to Monkey Beach and saw some sea turtles too. We wanted to see the salt water lake but it was dried up. And then late in the evening we had some food at the food courts.
