2 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, cut into 1″ squares
Garnishes
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar (5% acid)
lettuce or watercress
1 tomato, thinly sliced
