#ファルコムが発売した、88用RPG('92.03.19)からの98移植版。
主な変更点としては、解像度が400ラインへ変更、16色表示に対応、一部のモンスターのグラフィックの描き直し、新モンスター「雷娘」「装甲スライム」「ブラックナイト」が追加など。
BGMは石川さんと白川氏による共同編曲、音源は88版同様opn版、opna版が用意されている。
