#曼食慢语
又到了一年一度吃粽子的时节，为了避免甜咸大战，今年甜口咸口的都做吧！这次除了包两种口味的粽子，我主要是想给大家介绍四种现在市面上常见的粽子包法。我还在粽子米里面加了很多杂粮，让粽子的口感变得非常丰富。而且杂粮能解腻，哪怕是有点油油的肉粽，也能一口气吃两个！最后，提前祝大家端午节快乐啦！

▋Ingredients

[粽子米]
糯米 500g
黑糯米 50g
黑豆50g
绿豆50g
红豆50g
藜麦 50g
小黄米 50g
花生 50g

[甜粽子内馅]
无核蜜枣 8个
豆沙300g
栗子8个

[咸粽子内馅]
五花肉175g *2
咸蛋黄8个
XO酱40g

[五花肉腌料]*2

生抽1大勺
老抽1小勺
蚝油1小勺
腐乳一块
料酒1大勺
姜泥1小勺
糖一小撮

500g sticky rice
50g black sticky rice
50g black beans
50g mung beans
50g red beans
50g quinoa
50g millets
50g peanuts


[Sweet Zongzi Fillings]
8 candied jujubes
300g red bean paste
8 chestnuts


[Salty Zhongzi Fillings]
175g pork belly * 2
8 salted egg yolk
40g Amanda's XO Sauce

[Pork Belly Marinade] * 2
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
piece of preserved tofu
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp grated ginger
pinch of sugar
