Resepi Sandwic Wanpaku Telur | Egg Wanpaku Sandwich Recipe

Bahan-Bahan
2 biji telur
Daun salad
1/3 batang timun
1/3 batang lobak merah
1 biji tomato
2 keping keju Mozzarella
Mayonis
2 keping roti
Lada hitam secukupnya
Lada sulah secukupnya
Cara memasak
1. Panaskan minyak dan goreng telur. Letak tepi sementara.
2. Hiris lobak merah, timun dan tomato.
3. Sapukan roti dengan mayonis.
4. Letakkan salad, telur, hirisan timun, tomato, lobak merah dan kepingan keju Mozarella. Lapiskan kepingan telur yang kedua dan taburkan lada hitam dan lada sulah.
5. Ulang langkah 4 dan lapiskan dengan roti. Toskan sandwich dalam kuali panas sekitar 5 minit.
6. Balut sandwich wanpaku dengan plastic pembungkus dengan kemas dan potong kepada dua bahagian. Selamat menjamu selera.

Ingredients
2 nos egg
salad leaves
1/3 pcs cucumber sliced
1/3 pcs carrot sliced
1 pcs tomato sliced
2 pcs Mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise
2 pcs bread
Black pepper as needed
White pepper as needed
Cooking methods
1. Heat oil and fry egg until cook. Put aside.
2. Slice the carrot, cucumber, and tomato.
3. Spread the mayonnaise on one side of the bread.
4. Add the salad, fried egg, cucumber, tomato, and sliced Mozarella cheese. Add the second pieces of fried egg and sprinkle the black pepper and white pepper.
5. Repeat step 4 and place the bread. In a pan, toast the sandwich about 5 minutes in the pan.
6. Wrap the wanpaku with plastic wrap nicely and cut into two part. Bonne appetite.
