Freeze dried food maker Amano Foods 'Miso Katsu'. Katsu is pork cutlet. Miso Katsu is Nagoya prefecture's speciality and it uses miso(fermented soybean paste) for sauce. It's very rich taste! It's amazing that the beef cutlet appears from brown square thing when you pour water, isn't it?
