《NANA I》中三首創作歌曲代表著破碎、炙熱和平行線，而首支單曲〈The Best for You〉的創作過程只花了15分鐘，「起初是想寫一首三拍子的歌，還覺得應該挺難寫的，因為有時候想表達心中想說的東西並不容易，但是當天的製作人和合作的吉他手特別快了解我的意思，我那時只告訴他們我想要一首三拍子和能在下雨天聽的歌，然後15分鐘後旋律就好了！」特別的是，這次的配唱都是在歌曲寫完當下立刻錄製，紀錄當下最真實的感受，她以甜美清新的歌聲唱出最真摯的情感，用音樂喚醒愛情中最真實的風景，愛情不只甜蜜也伴隨痛苦。
