材料 Ingredients (二至三人份量 2-3 people portion)
兩餅米粉 2 packets of rice noodles
六件燒鴨肉 6 pieces of roast duck
半個洋蔥切絲 1/2 onion, sliced
三隻辣椒去籽 3 red chilis
五十克芽菜 50g bean sprouts
三粒蒜頭 3 cloves of garlic
六十克雪菜 60g pickled potherb mustard
二百毫升雞湯 200ml chicken stock
適量幼鹽 Salt
一茶匙麻油 1tsp sesame oil
