根據2018年第一期”國際餐旅管理期刊”，Tantanatewin博士的研究發現：
1️⃣暖色調且高價值色系(EX淺粉紅、奶油色、橘色)，會增加消費者進店的機率⬆️
反之
2️⃣冷色調且低價值色系(EX藍色、深灰)，會降低消費者光臨的機率。⬇️
