美國舞蹈動能計畫與馬克莫里斯舞團今天(11月4日)來到宜蘭，進行藝術推廣與交流。
第一站為國立傳統藝術中心，馬克莫里斯舞團與傳藝中心表演工作者、國光劇團、蘭陽舞蹈團與蘭陽女中舞蹈班舉行工作坊，活動還特別邀請知名的京劇藝術家魏海敏女士、李小平先生及舞蹈空間藝術總監平珩女士來到現場，與馬克莫里斯先生進行大師對談，分享彼此的表演創作經驗和藝術觀點。
第二站為蘭陽戲劇團，在劇團成員的帶領下，馬克莫里斯舞團首次親身體驗台灣的歌仔戲文化， 包含肢體語言、聲腔、服裝與化妝等，為一場東西藝術交會的精彩工作坊。
明天(11月5日)，美國舞蹈動能計畫與馬克莫里斯舞團還會繼續在宜蘭與民眾互動，邀請大家一起來「舞動宜蘭」！歡迎大家與親朋好友一起在11月5日上午十點，到羅東文化工場戶外舞台，與馬克莫里斯舞團共同探索身體的律動與快樂！
DanceMotion USA and Mark Morris Dance Group in Yilan!
On November 4, at the National Center for Traditional Arts (NCFTA), the Mark Morris Dance Group conducted workshops with the Guo-Guang Beijing Opera Company, the Lan Yang Dance Troupe and students from the dance program at Lan-Yang Girls' Senior High School. The series of workshops were concluded with a Master Talk between Mark Morris, and two renowned Beijing-opera artists, Ms. Wei Hai-Ming and Mr. Lee Xiao Ping. The panel was chaired by the Artistic Director of Dance Forum Taipei, Ms. Ping Heng. Also in Yilan, the Mark Morris Dance group participated in a cultural exchange program with the Lan Yang Taiwan Opera Company. The Lan Yang Company taught a portion of a traditional Taiwan opera to Mark Morris Dance Group, including costume, movement, and other traditional techniques.
