Spanish Black Pork Belly Charsiu 阿爺鑊鏟黑叉燒. A brand new shop opened also by 【教主禦品堂 Macau 🇲🇴 】which there is another newish shop adjacent opposite selling Macanese snack items, which I also ate separately. This was amazing too, different from the nearby competitions, which are all of very high standards. There's the super famous 芬記, the one I just posted at 蘭香閣, now here, and I also quite enjoy 好景飯店 which has a Pork jerky aroma ～

The Glazing was sophisticated here and felt like it carried a hint of fruity vinegar, the Pork Belly was actually Crispy on the edges, reminding one of the 黑叉燒 @炳勝. The thing is, all of these Macau Charsiu shops have individual Character & in their marinations.. Not bad when they are selling them around MOP $30 a portion 🤤😋 @ 關前正街 澳門
