今年老爸的生日🎂不幸遇到了香港第四波疫情，限聚令收緊為最多2人用餐，街上人流明顯少了很多！老爸老媽說希望大家都要身體健康！「身體健康」不是只靠嘴巴說說就可以的。一般人生日都會買個蛋糕慶祝開心一下，正常不過。但你可知道美麗可口的蛋糕背後，其實使用了大量的精製糖！
//精製糖除了甜之外，基本上一無是處，所以又被營養學家們稱為空白卡路里 (empty calories)。過量攝取糖份的危害遠大於肥胖這麼簡單，比如蛀牙、肥胖症、糖尿病危險增加、心臟功能損害等等//
而其實，精製糖對人體來說卻不是必須的！因此，我給老爸訂購了這款「生機植物蛋糕 (Raw Vegan Cake)」，沒有使用任何精製糖，取而代之的是龍舌蘭蜜，低升糖指數；沒有使用任何麵粉，取而代之的是有機腰果，口感非常綿密，極像雪糕；沒有經過高溫烘焙，更完整地保留食材營養！重點是好吃！老爸也喜歡！
以後吃甜食也不用擔心會讓身體帶來負擔了！可以真正做到「身體健康」了！再次祝老爸生日快樂，身體一定健康喔~
Super cake without refined sugar
This year, my dad’s birthday 🎂 unfortunately encountered the fourth wave of the epidemic in Hong Kong. The party restriction order was tightened to a maximum of 2 people, and the flow of people on the street was significantly reduced! Mom and Dad said that they hope everyone will be healthy! In fact, refined sugar is not necessary for the human body! Therefore, I ordered this "Raw Vegan Cake" for my dad. Instead of using any refined sugar, replaced it with agave which is low glycemic index. Not using any flour and replaced it with organic cashews, the taste is very dense, very like ice cream; it has not been baked at high temperature, and the nutrition of the ingredients is more completely retained! Most importantly, the cake is delicious! Dad likes it too!
Don’t need to be worried about the burden of eating sweets in the future anymore! You can truly be "HEALTHY"! Happy birthday to dad again~
