歌都有得唱「可以Hea的話~不會郁~」有人說懶惰是人的本性,但為甚麼有人懶惰到一個點?可能是體質問題啊!氣虛體質人士的氣呈虧虛狀態,說話聲音低微,連多說兩句都懶,更遑論去運動。痰濕體質的人因為水液運行不暢,身體如被濕毛巾裹著,身體格外沉重當然不願動。來到新一年的開始,如果你有以下懶惰行為,看看是否受體質影響,定下目標今年好好改善體質吧!
.戴太陽眼鏡出門
其實是懶得化妝,懶得洗頭就戴帽。
.用腳拿東西
只因不想下床彎腰拿東西。
.下載電視遙控器
因為電視遙控器放在有點遠的位置懶得去取,用手機下載個遙控App比較方便。
.打開牛奶盒加入粟米片直接吃
連碗也不用洗了。
.直接用煮食的鍋進食
紅極一時的One pot dish可能就是懶人發明出來的。
.自製/購買裝置方便自己躺著用手機或平板電腦睇劇
解放雙手不用拿著播放器實在是爽。
.整個假期窩在被窩裡
除了上廁所,如無必要不會下床,最多去開門接外賣。
.穿第二天早上出門的衣服睡覺
當學生時你試過穿校服睡覺以防遲到嗎?原理是一樣的。

Things lazy people do
Some people say being lazy is just human nature. There is even a song about how our life could be less stressful if we allow ourselves to be a little lazy. Have you wondered, why certain people tend to be lazier? It might have something to do with our body condition!
Individuals with a qi deficiency would always appear to be weak and soft spoken. They do not enjoy talking, let alone exercising. Individuals with the phlegm-dampness body condition would feel ‘heavy’ and do not wish the move, as if they are wrapped in a wet towel.
Do you have the lazy habits below? If yes, do check and see if they have anything to do with your body condition. If yes, then try your best to improve your body condition and treat it as your New Year resolution!
. Leaving home with a pair of sunglasses
Too lazy to put on makeup; might even put on a hat if you are too lazy to wash your hair.
. Picking things up with your legs
Just because you refuse to bend down.
.Download the television remote control app
When the television remote control is too far away and you are too lazy to get up, might as well download the app and change the channels on your phone.
.Add cornflakes directly into your milk carton
Saves you the trouble from washing another bowl.
.Cook and eat those readymade one pot dish
The once trendy ‘one pot dish’ might be the brainchild of a lazy person.
.Use DIY/ store bought stands so you can watch dramas from your phone or notepad on bed
Watching dramas hand-free is the best experience ever.
.Stay in bed all day during the holiday season
Besides going to the bathroom and collecting food from the deliveryman, most of the time you just want to stick to your bed
.Go to bed in the attire you wish to wear for the next day
Have you slept in your school uniform on the night before just to make sure you will not be late for school on the next day? The same logic applies here.

除了肚腩以外,雙下巴是另一堆令人討厭的肥肉,尤其現代人經常用電話,每日都有不少時間做「低頭族」,下巴位置的肌肉經常處於放鬆狀態,雙下巴就漸漸形成。有人的雙下巴問題可能是水腫造成,睡眠不足、進食濃味食物後或者生理期日子,雙下巴問題特別嚴重。今日起就抬起你的下巴,進行練習下顎線條的運動,並且用指腹於下關、頰車、大迎、俠承漿四個穴位輪流按壓5秒,每日重覆3-5次,有助消水腫及緊緻肌膚,向雙下巴說再見吧!
消滅雙下巴運動:
1. 雙手交叉放在胸前,抬起下巴眼望天空。
2. 嘴唇嘟起並深呼吸,維持10秒,放鬆,重覆動作5次。

Exercise to reduce the double chin
Other than our belly, chin is another body part where we hate seeing our fats accumulate. People who live a modern lifestyle are constantly on their phone, and would spend hours staring down their screen. This causes the muscles around the neck to constantly be in a relaxed position, thus forming the double chin.
Other causes of double chin can be associated with water retention, insufficient sleep, the consumption of heavily seasoned food or menstruation. Starting today, lift your chin up, and carry out exercise that can help improve the contour of your jawline.
Use your fingertips and massage the four acu points - Xia Guan, Jia Che, Da Ying and Xia Chen Jiang – for 5 seconds. Repeat the process 3-5 times a day, as it will help reduce water retention and tighten the skin. Say goodbye to your double chin!
Exercise to reduce the double chin
1. Cross both hands on the chest, tilt the head upwards and look into the sky.
2. Pout the lips and take a deep breath, maintain the position for 10 seconds. Repeat the process 5 times.

打邊爐的討厭行為
有說在麻雀枱上可以看清一個人的品格,其實在飯枱上打邊爐亦一樣,將喜歡的食材放入鍋中煮熟就吃看似簡單,其實當中有不少需要自律的禮儀,遇上一個「唔生性」,真的令你食之無味,棄之可惜⋯⋯
.一次過將所有食材下鍋
明明只有三、四個人打邊爐,有人偏偏喜歡將整碟食材倒入鍋中「一鑊熟」,「一餅」肥牛下鍋表面熟中間生,吃到最後又會煮得過熟被嫌棄,有些食材又會煮到糊掉,完全失去「烚下烚下」的樂趣。
.洗筷子
「烚下烚下」時用公筷,食用時用另一雙私筷是衛生的做法,亦可避免用同一雙筷子處理生熟食物交叉感染,遇著一個懶換筷子、甚至喜歡啜筷子的朋友,真是叫人倒胃口。
.鴛鴦鍋不再鴛鴦
鴛鴦鍋的存在,方便同枱中有吃辣和不吃辣的朋友,清湯鍋留來灼菜亦可吃得健康,有人卻嫌麻辣鍋太辣,從麻辣鍋中挾起食物然後放入清湯鍋中「過水」,你有想過其他人的感受嗎?
.水終於滾了有人加生料
人多打邊爐,或者遇著一個火力弱的爐,下生料後等水滾需時,終於等到煮滾可以吃了,鍋蓋一開有人卻立即加一堆生料,全枱人又要呆等一輪。
.咬一口發現未熟丟回鍋中
人多打邊爐,食物生熟情況不易掌握,有人挾起食物咬一口後發現未熟,立即丟回鍋中繼續煮,除非是家人能包容你「食你口水尾」,否則以後應該無人再約你打邊爐。
.將自己碗內的湯倒入鍋中
這個行為匪夷所思,但好似又確實存在過,就是有人將自己碗內吃剩的湯汁倒入鍋中!驚嚇度達十級!你身邊有這種朋友嗎?

Irritable behaviors during hotpot
People say we can always tell a person’s character during a game of mahjong. This also applies to hotpot sessions. Putting our favorite ingredients into the hotpot to cook does not seem complicated, but it can show how disciplined people are, as well as their manners.
It would be an undesirable experience if we come across someone who does not observe all these social etiquettes……
. Dumping all the ingredients into the hotpot in one go
Even when there are only three or four persons sharing one hotpot, certain people just love to dump all the ingredients into the hotpot and have them all cooked in one shot. While some ingredients like beef will remain not fully cooked on the inside, some are overcooked and turned mushy. Such action also takes away the joy of rinsing the ingredients little by little.
. ‘Washing’ the chopsticks in the hotpot
It is always hygienic to use a pair of sharing chopsticks for cooking the ingredients in the hotpot, and eat using our own pair of chopsticks. This can avoid any form of contamination during the process. It would be unappetizing to see someone who does not switch chopsticks - or even worse, someone who likes to bite his or her chopsticks constantly.
.Two-flavored hotpot no longer ‘two-flavored’
The two-flavored hotpot, or as the Chinese called ‘yuanyang’, caters to the needs of two group of friends – those who can and those who cannot eat spicy food, and the clear soup should also be used to blanch vegetables for healthy eating. However, when some people feel the mala soup is too spicy, they would insist on ‘rinsing it’ in the clear soup first before eating. What would the others think of this behavior?
. Someone adding raw ingredients into the hotpot when the soup is boiling
When many people share one hotpot, or when the stove is not giving enough heat, the soup will take a longer time to boil. Just when we are about to take out the cooked ingredients and eat, someone just randomly adds more raw ingredients into the soup, causing the waiting game to repeat all over again.
. Dumping uncooked ingredients back into the hotpot
It is difficult to determine whether the ingredients are fully and partially cooked, especially when it involves many people. Imagine someone taking a bite of the food, realizing it is still not fully cooked, and dumping it right back to the hotpot! Our family members might tolerate this behavior but your friends would probably think twice before inviting you to another hotpot session.
. Pouring the remaining soup in the bowl into the hotpot
This might seem unbelievable but yes, some people would actually clear the soup in their bowl out by pouring it back into the hotpot! Shock level: 10/10. Do you have such friends?
