these new variants has noodles that are thinner & less chewy when compared to their signature #曽拌面. still a tasty noodle dish for anyone, especially when you are craving for something soupy. I enjoy the spicy shrimp more than the tonkotsu as the broth is thicker in consistency and a lot more flavorful.
