自己種芽菜很簡單,5-7天就有新鮮的芽菜可收成,又可以減少購買市面上芽菜的塑膠盒使用。真的很有趣又環保!

with red dandelion leaves, sorrel, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, nut parmesan, dried blueberries, citrus vinaigrette, and topped with some @urbanfarmertw DIY broccoli sprouts. enjoyed it with a cacao banana protein smoo, @organictraditions raw cacao powder & nibs, frozen nana, cinnamon, @sproutliving Chocolate maca plant-base protein, activated nuts, and @organictraditions Turmeric powder. yum!
it's so easy to grow your own sprouts, takes about 5-7 days to be ready. it's fun and better on the planet with less store-bought sprouts plastic container usage.
