食盆菜咯！

過節要表達孝心，因為我老母被我折騰不少（容後分解），不用煮啦，就去訂個盆菜回來。

RM288，加送北海道瑤柱XO醬一罐，絕對是良心價了。

盆菜用料十足，拆解如下：
底層：枝竹、蘿蔔、豬皮、魚蛋、黑椒魚球、海鮮豆腐、馬蹄
中層：紹菜、冬粉
上層：芋頭扣肉、墨魚丸、墨魚仔、菜園白切雞、燒鴨脾、鳳爪、蠔豉、豬手、花膠、冬菇、臘腸、瑤柱、鮑魚、西蘭花、大蝦 

算出來有的料比得哥FB裡寫的還多，算是被騙了嗎？哈哈哈

我老母已經愛上墨魚丸，對於豬手、臘腸和黑椒魚球贊不絕口，尤其是底湯，我妹則幾乎挖完冬粉、蘿蔔和枝竹，我和弟弟就啥都吃一點。

限量且少量制作，認識得哥了就一定訂到，下一次再有就是過年。

一年前，聽聞身邊朋友真的走入詐騙事件中，才驚覺「詐騙」從本來遙遠的新聞時事，變成了你我生活可能的「日常」。於是，我們開始決定分頭做點功課，試著從一些時事與案例中，找到受騙背後的心理機制（沒錯，就是《#你今天被騙了嗎？》這本書）。

最簡單的結論是，詐騙是從人性下手的——貪、慾、懼。

但隨著科技的進步，「詐騙」feat「各種先進技術」之後，手法愈來愈複雜；雪上加霜的是，政府修法、立法、調度人力的速度，比不上「勤奮」的詐騙集團。這也使得我們未來被詐騙的機會、風險不減反增，如何學習「保護自己」、「保護家中長輩」就變得格外重要⋯⋯
