驕兵必敗。昨天狠狠被上了一課。沒有什麼藉口，就是因為我不夠專注、過度自信、輕敵，所以在九秒鐘的時間被打回原形。「以你為榮」、「雖敗猶榮」、「你是最棒的」、「永遠支持你」, 謝謝大家的心意，但任何的形式或字眼的安慰都掩蓋不了慘敗的事實，反而像是一下下刺進傷口的刀讓讓我更痛恨自已。我的對手重重的修理我，因為昨天他比我更像個戰士、比我更專注、比我更渴望勝利，所以最後站著歡呼、得到榮耀的人是他。連續贏了幾場比賽讓我忘記要尊重這個運動，讓我忘了勝利永遠不是理所當然，讓我忘了更好的訓練環境跟夥伴不代表我真的變強。我以為我仍然保持著謙遜的心，但是驕傲卻已經腐蝕我的意志：過度自信讓我失去了冷靜、輕敵讓我失去了自制力。這樣的結果證明了我還不是個成熟的選手，證明了我還要繼續虛心的學習。謝謝所有支持我的人，但是「無顏見江東父老」正是我現在的心情寫照，說再多對不起也於事無補，我違背了自已的本心，所以必須吞下苦果。如果可以的話我很想挖個洞躲進去，但是我的自尊心不允許自已這樣做。無意間看到比賽的影片讓我更加認清自已的幼稚與無知，對方很明顯看得出是有備而來，反而是我天真的以為一切都在自已的預料之中，揮出的那一記軟弱刺拳就像是對自已的嘲笑。自怨自艾於事無補，承受這個打擊然後盡快站起來是我現在惟一能做的事。謝謝大家，也謝謝我的對手Mario Tan。當然，要恭喜我的好朋友跟夥伴金剛刀跟吳沛修精采的表現，還有 Huang Jenny BO拿下指標性的勝利，很遺憾沒有辦法為你們的成就錦上添花，但是很高興有你們的陪伴。
Hard lesson learned today: Pride goes before a fall. I lost my focus, I was over confident, I underestimated my opponent, so he punished me and beat me to ground zero in nine seconds. He fought better than me, he was hungrier than me, he focused more on the fight then me, so when the fight finished he is the one who stands tall and enjoys the sweetness of glory. Any form of comfort won’t change this fact: i got properly beaten by my opponent. He did a great job and proved himself. Thank you for coming and show me true fighter spirit Trestel Tan. I took victory for granted and forgot to respect this sports after couple wins, and i realized that great training environment and tough partners doesn’t mean I am a better fighter. I thought I was still humble, but arrogance corroded my heart deep inside. I lost my calm and self discipline, so the result is painful. I am not a really mature fighter, still have long way to go and lots of things to learn. Really appreciate for all your supports, and the truth is sorry can't make up my failure, I must take the terrible consequences of my own deed. At this moment I really want to dig a hole and hide in there for a while, but my self-esteem won't allow me to do this. Face this sharp blow and put myself together ASAP is the only thing I should do now. Really appreciate you all for supporting me.
