Ingredients for 9 big cookies:
180g almond flour 1 3/4cup
80g dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup
57g butter 1/4 cup
50g brown sugar 1/4 cup
1 large egg
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
bake at 180C for 14mins

【Ingredients】
80g Unsalted butter
40g granulated sugar
30g Beaten egg
●plain
65g Cake flour
●Matcha
55g Cake flour
4g Matcha
White chocolate
Sweet chocolate
【Directions】
①Combine softened butter, sugar, beaten egg in a bowl in that order, and mix.
②Divide this into 2 (About 75 g each)
③Shift and add cake flour, and mix lightly.
*for the Matcha dough, add shifted Matcha powder with the cake flour in ③,
then do same as the plain dough.
④put the mixture in the pastry bag with the star-shaped tip ,and press out to the top plate which covered with the oven sheet.
⑤Bake them in the preheated oven (160°C) for 13~15 mins.
⑥When they are done, cool them on a cake cooler.
⑦Squeeze the chocolate on the cookie and decorate dragees.
*When squeezing out do it in a massaging motion.
It'll be a bit stiff at first, but it'll soften from the warmth of your hand.
【材料】
無塩バター 80g
グラニュー糖 40g
溶き卵 30g
●プレーン
薄力粉 65g
●抹茶
薄力粉 55g
抹茶 4g
ホワイトチョコ
スィートチョコ
【作り方】
①ボウルに室温に戻したバターを入れ、グラニュー糖、溶き卵の順に加えて混ぜる。
②これを2分割する
③薄力粉を加えて混ぜる。抹茶生地も同様に混ぜる。
④星口金をつけた絞り袋に入れ、オーブンペーパーを敷いた天板の上に絞る。
⑤160℃に温めたオーブンで13~15分ほど焼く。
⑥焼けたらケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。
⑦溶かしたチョコを絞ってアラザンを飾れば出来上がり。
*絞りにくい時は手のひらで少し生地を温めるようにすると絞りやすくなります。
