Lapisan 1
Kek Swiss roll dipotong dan susun dalam bekas
Lapisan 2
1 cawan rata tepung kastad
1/2 cawan gula
1 tin susu cair
1 tin air (sukat guna tin susu cair)
1 tin buah koktel (asingkan buah dan jus)
CARA-CARA:
Satukan semua bahan, kacau hingga kastad sebati dan gula hancur.Kemudian masak atas api yang kecil hingga pekat. Curahkan adunan kastad ke atas lapisan kek. Tabur buah koktel.
Lapisan 3
10 gram Serbuk Agar- Agar
1.2 Liter Air
3/4 Cawan Gula
3-4 titis Pewarna Merah
CARA- CARA:
Satukan semua bahan. Masak atas api hingga Agar- Agar dan Gula hancur.Curahkan ke atas adunan kastad. Simpan dalam peti sejuk sebelum makan.

Layer 1
Swiss roll cake cut and arranged in container
Layer 2
1 cups of flat castle flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cans of liquid milk
1 cans of water (size using liquid milk tin)
1 cans of cocktails (separate fruits and juice)
WAYS:
Unite all ingredients, stir it until the castle is mixed and the sugar crushed. Then cook on a small to thick fire. Pour the castle mix on the cake layer. Sprinkle cocktails.
Layer 3
10 grams of Jelly Powder
1.2 Liter of Water
3/4 Cups of Sugar
3-4 drops of Red Dye

Resepi Kek Coklat Cheese Kukus Dengan Sukatan Cawan
Bahan-bahan resepi kek coklat cheese kukus mudah:
Bahan A :
1 cawan gula*
1 cawan susu cair*
1 cawan serbuk koko*
1 cawan minyak*
1/2 cawan susu pekat*
Bahan B :
3 biji telur gred A atau 4 biji telur gred B
Bahan C :
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
Bahan untuk lapisan chesee:
250 gram cream cheese jenama Tortura*
60gram gula kastor*
25 gram tepung gandum*
25 gram susu segar*
1 biji telur gred A
Sebut sahaja resepi kek coklat cheese,terus terbayang dalam kepala kelazatan rasa kek coklat dengan lapisan cheese di tengah-tengah kek yang dikukus sempurna.
Cara penyediaan cream cheese :
#1: Pukul semua bahan yang bertanda kecuali telur sehingga gebu barulah dimasukkan telur dan pukul lagi sampai sebati.Siap untuk dikukus nanti.
Cara-cara penyediaan resepi kek coklat kukus cheese mudah :
#1: Campurkan semua bahan A dan masak atas api kecil.Sentiasa kacau supaya tidak berketul.Bila dah sebati ,tutup api dan biarkan sejuk.
#2: Pukul bahan B sampai kembang dan gebu barulah masukkan bahan A kacau hingga sebati dan seterusnya masukkan pula bahan C.Kacau sampai sebati.
Gunakan loyang segi empat sama contohnya 8×8 inci ataupun bekas plastik kecil.Tiada masalah..Alas permukaan loyang dengan baking paper dan oles dinding loyang dengn marjerin atau sedikit minyak untuk kek coklat cheese senang dikeluarkan nanti.
#3: Tuangkan 1/2 adunan coklat ke dalam loyang dan kukus hingga masak dalam anggaran 20 minit menggunakn api sederhana.
Sebut sahaja resepi kek coklat cheese,terus terbayang dalam kepala kelazatan rasa kek coklat dengan lapisan cheese di tengah-tengah kek yang dikukus sempurna.
Barulah buka penutup dan masukkan adunan creem cheese tadi dan sambung kukus 20 minit lagi sebelum tuang adunan coklat untuk lapisan atas dan sambung kukus selama 30 minit.
#4: Bila dah masak,sejukkan kek barulah diterbalikkan dan dipotong.

直径7cmのマフィン型 6個分
材料:
■タルト生地
無塩バター(室温に戻す) 40g
砂糖 30g
卵黄 1個分
薄力粉 90g
ココアパウダー 10g
溶かしバター 大さじ1
生クリーム 200ml
砂糖 20g
いちごパウダー 6g
いちご 6粒
いちご(半分に切る) 3粒
モンブラン用の口金 1個
作り方:
1.ボウルにバターを入れてゴムベラで練り混ぜ、柔らかくなったら砂糖を加えて白っぽくなるまで混ぜる。
2.卵黄を2回に分けて加え、よく混ぜる。薄力粉とココアパウダーを合わせてふるい入れ、ゴムベラでさっくりと混ぜる。生地がそぼろ状になったら手でひとまとめにし、ラップに包んで冷蔵庫で30分休ませる。
3.生地を2mm厚さに伸ばし、直径8cmの丸型で抜く。
4.マフィン型の内側に溶かしバターを塗り、(3)の生地を敷き詰める。フォークで底に穴を開け、冷蔵庫で30分休ませる。
5.オーブンは180℃に予熱する。
6.生地の上にマフィン用グラシンカップを敷いてタルトストーンを置き、180℃のオーブンで15-20分焼く。粗熱が取れたら型から外す。
7.ボウルに生クリーム、砂糖を加えて、ツノが立つまで泡立てる。半量を別のボウルに移し、いちごパウダーを加えて色が付くまで混ぜる。いちごのクリームはモンブラン用の口金を付けた絞り袋に入れる。
8.(6)のタルトにホイップクリームを絞っていちごを1粒乗せ、いちごクリームをぐるぐると山型になるように絞る。
9.仕上げにいちごを乗せたら、完成!

Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
40 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
30 grams sugar
1 egg yolk
90 grams flour
10 grams cocoa powder
1 tablespoon melted butter
200 milliliters heavy cream
20 grams sugar
6 grams strawberry powder
6 strawberries, whole plus 3 strawberries, cut in half
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
In a medium bowl, add butter and knead until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
Add the beaten egg yolk, a bit at a time, and whisk well to combine.
Sift in the flour and cocoa and stir to incorporate. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and rest in a fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into an 8-inch circle. Using a 3-inch round cookie cutter, cut out the dough.
Brush a large, 6-cup muffin tin with melted butter. Place a cut-out dough circle in each cup, pressing down so that a crust forms on the sides. Pierce the bottoms of each circle with a fork and rest in a fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Line with cupcake liners and add a layer of baking beans. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add heavy cream and sugar and mix until soft peaks form.
Transfer half to a small bowl. Add strawberry powder and mix.
Squeeze the whipped cream on the tart. Place one whole strawberry per tart and cover with the strawberry cream.
Top with the half strawberry. Enjoy!

カスタードプリンケーキ
18cmパウンド型
材料:
■カラメル
グラニュー糖 50g
水 大さじ1
熱湯 大さじ1
■プリン液
卵 4個
牛乳 450ml
砂糖 50g
バニラエッセンス 少々
■スポンジ生地
薄力粉 70g
砂糖 50g
卵 3個
溶かしバター(無塩) 25g
作り方:
1.カラメルを作る。鍋にグラニュー糖、水を加えて中火にかけ、かき回さずにそのまま加熱する。周りから色付いてきたら、鍋を軽く揺すりながら茶色くなるまで加熱し、熱湯を加えてゴムベラでかき混ぜる。
2.(1)をパウンド型流し入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やす。
3.プリン液を作る。鍋に牛乳を入れて弱火にかける。ふつふつとしてきたら火からおろす。
4.ボウルに卵に砂糖を加えて溶きほぐし、、(3)を少しずつ加えて泡立て器でしっかり混ぜる。バニラエッセンスを加えて軽く混ぜ、ザルでこし、(2)の型に流し入れる。
5.オーブンを170℃に余熱する。お湯(分量外)を沸かす。
6.スポンジ生地を作る。ボウルに卵、砂糖を入れ、ハンドミキサーで白っぽくなるまで泡立てる。薄力粉をふるい入れ、ゴムベラで粉っぽさがなくなるまでさっくりと混ぜる。溶かしバターを加えて軽く混ぜる。
7.(6)を(4)の型に流し入れてバットにのせ、お湯をケーキ型の半分の高さまで注ぐ。170℃のオーブンで40-45分焼く。
8.粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で2-3時間冷やす。
9.皿の上に裏返して取り出し、お好みの大きさに切り分けたら、完成!

PREPARATION

Pour the sauce into the baking pan and refrigerate until set, 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 340˚F (170˚C).
Make the pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs. Gradually add the warm milk, whisking to combine. Add the vanilla. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large liquid measuring cup. Set aside.
Make the batter: In a medium bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat with an electric hand mixer on high speed.
Sift the flour into the bowl and fold with a rubber spatula to incorporate. Add melted butter and fold.
Pour the pudding mixture into the baking pan, then add the batter on top.
Pour hot water into the baking dish until it reaches the pudding mixture line.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients:200g cake flour(1 1/2cups)
225g salted butter(1 cup)
3 large eggs (144g)
150g sugar(3/4 cup)
4g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
vanilla extract(1/2 tbsp)
lemon juice(1 tbsp )
pan size
10" x 4" x 3"
Bake for 70-75 minutes at 170°C preheated oven
Method:
grease your loaf pan and place a parchment paper in the bottom
preheat your oven at 170°C
sift flour and baking powder together
beat room temperature butter to loose a little then ad sugar and beat until fluffy and pale.
add room temperature eggs one at a time and beat each time to well combine
beat butter and egg until the mixture fluffy and pale in colour (15-20 mins)
add vanilla and lemon juice
pour the mixture into the pan, jiggle and tap to evenly spread
bake at 170°C for 70mins
cover with an aluminium foil after 30 minutes of baking if you see the top is burning.
Notes:
* beating butter and egg is very important.take your time.
* If you over bake the cake it could dry easily.
* Check at 60-65 mins if its done or not.
* Baking time varies a little on pan size and oven type.
* spray/brush lightly with lemon sugar water if you think outside is overbaked.
