「黑松」近期發表了一系列譽加集團(Accolade Wines)旗下各項品牌，其中包括了「Hardys」的「Hardys Tintara」與「Hardys William Hardy」、「St. Hallett」、「Petaluma」、與「Arras」跟「Grant Burge」等品項！

我接受了邀請幫他們試了幾款酒，其實我個人的心得並不是絕對，所以我邀請了2位台中的團購主自帶分享瓶來我家裝點酒液回家品嚐，確實有很大的驚艷度。

我這次共試了「Hardys Tintara Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019」、「Hardys William Hardy Shiraz 2019」、「Petaluma White Label Sauvignon Blnac 2020」與「Arras Brut Elite」四款酒，不得不說這四款的cp值非常高，其中 Sauvignon Blnac 獲得了愛姐、我與crystal的共同喜歡；另外 Cabernet Sauvignon 愛姐一試完立刻表示 CS是她的菜，而 Crystal 則覺得 Shiraz 釀的頗有深度，另外她也喜歡 Arras Brut Elite 。

話說太多的故有酒莊介紹似乎是多餘的，不過從「Hardys」在1853年成立品牌後，家族至今歷經五代，跨越了165年的歷史，並成長為澳洲數一數二的葡萄酒集團「AccoladeWines（譽加葡萄酒）」，他旗下品牌更跨越了澳洲、紐西蘭、南非、智利、美國、英國等地的50多個品牌，這也帶給他們自身擁有了更多的優勢，在釀酒師與市場喜好下的平衡後，能依葡萄品質與售價來釀造出不同等級與品質的酒款，使得酒款的平衡感與深度能突顯更高的cp值，下面我就來介紹一下我這次品飲的四款葡萄酒心得：

1.Petaluma White Label Sauvignon Blnac 2020：來自相對涼爽產區的阿德萊德丘（Adelaide Hills）所生產的 Sauvignon Blanc 表現出純淨與芳香的SB品種特性，集中且奔放的芭樂心果味加上微微的辣椒與涼性草本風味，末段還帶有微微的奶油感；整體呈現出的是新鮮、果味集中，且酸度平衡的風味，或許這款酒的定位緊緊是順口與喝新鮮，但我覺得他從酒溫5°C一路品飲到25°C的風味與變化還滿精彩的，低溫時爽脆純淨，酒溫略高後則有更多的百香果風味浮現，最特別的是2020年份並沒有受到 2019年 Adelaide Hills 森林大火的影響，仍表現出很完美與典型的SB風味。

2.Hardys Tintara Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019：我一直認為麥克拉倫谷（McLaren Vale）除了Shiraz外，他的CS也常常有很精彩的表現，這款 Reserve CS 表現出了很棒的桶、果平衡感，芋泥、雪松、香草、櫻桃、黑醋栗、藍莓、薄菏與紫蘿蘭花香表現出他的精彩度，尤其尾韻還帶了一點煙草感更是帶出畫龍點睛的精髓，整體是我滿喜歡的濃、純、柔風格，剛開瓶時口中會有大量的乾燥花與煙草等草本感，然後才是漿果類的風味，並沒有不熟的青椒感，我會建議最好醒酒15~30分鐘，然後酒溫在16~20°C飲用，他的果香與果味會顯的更奔放可口，尾韻還帶有一些牛奶糖的風味。

3.Hardys William Hardy Shiraz 2019：這款酒使用的是蘭漢溪（Langhorne Creek）與石灰岩海岸區（Limestone Coast）生產的 Shiraz 來做調配，所以酒款既有滿飽風格，同時也兼具了優雅與柔和的風味；香氣以紫羅蘭、櫻桃、李子、黑莓、雪松、微微的香草與紅色漿果類的氣息，同時也帶有一些黑胡椒的香料感；剛開瓶時以奔放、妖艷且高集中度的花香調與漿果果味混合，柔和又帶點涼性草本風味，尾韻帶點微微巧克力感，剛開瓶時我會建議在10~15°C飲用，比較不會有過膩感，隨著醒酒時間拉長（約半小時~1小時），反而會轉為優雅柔和的調性，這時我會建議飲用溫度要拉高到16~22°C，才不會讓口感過於閉鎖，如果你家有不錯的儲酒空間，我也會建議你試試陳年7~15年，相信會有不一樣的體驗。

4.Arras Brut Elite：我一直認為「Tasmania」的傳統法氣泡酒是有不錯的水準，酒液入杯後我觀察著氣泡感，他的氣泡細緻且綿密，氣泡在杯中能維持45分鐘的長度，同時香氣以白桃、萊姆跟柑橘類的風味為主，還帶有一些紅色漿果與烤麵包的味道，品飲時我並不會立即飲用，我會稍待一下時間，讓上升快速的氣泡轉為緩慢上升時，這時後的口感與溫度或許是最佳的，酒液略微醒酒後會有更多蘋果與白色堅核類水果的風味浮現，顯得更加可口好喝。

This year marks the biggest ever Decanter World Wine Awards(DWWA), which is already the world’s largest and most influential wine competition thanks to a rigorous judging process overseen by international experts.

DWWA 2021 included a first Best in Show medal for a ‘Vin Jaune’ – or ‘yellow wine’ – a speciality of the Jura region of eastern France. The winning wine was Domaine Berthet-Bondet, Château-Chalon 2013, made from 100% Savagnin.

Wine cooperative St. Jodern Kellerei in the Valais region already farms some of Europe’s highest vineyards, and it reached the summit of DWWA in 2021 after its ‘Heida Barrique’ 2019 won a Best in Show medal.

Friuli in north-east Italy made its debut in the DWWA Best in Show winners’ list, thanks to Muzic winery’s Stare Brajde ‘Collio’ 2019 white wine.

Sarah Jane Evans, Co-Chair at DWWA 2021, said of the results, “You know that this is something that's been through a really rigorous judging process. We're not playing at judging here. This is blind tasting.
