相信對於"突破感染"大家一定不陌生
這幾天的新聞鬧得沸沸揚揚
今天分享一則 英國研究報告(2020/12/8-2021/7/4)
荷蘭《刺胳針感染醫學期刊》
於 9月1日刊登英國倫敦國王學院的研究指出
有注射疫苗,即使有突破性感染,
大多是無症狀或輕微症狀,可以減緩住院及後遺症的影響
(受試者施打疫苗為輝瑞BNT、莫德納、AZ)
結果顯示
124萬名打完第一劑的成人,6030名(0.5%)突破感染
97萬名打完第二劑的成人,2370名(0.2%)突破感染
出現突破性感染的人當中,與沒施打疫苗的感染者相比:所有的症狀都比較少。
無症狀感染的機率打一劑增加了63%,打二劑增加了94%。
所有急性症狀打一劑減少了26%,打二劑減少了31%
住院的機率打一劑減少了69%,打二劑減少了73%。
最重要是想提醒大家,施打疫苗預防重症的觀念
所以符合資格的大家,要趕緊去預約施打疫苗

《最新醫學報告:面對Delta後疫苗接種的突破性感染》
英國研究:疫苗注射者,即使突破性感染,較多無症狀 、或症狀較輕 ,可以較少後遺症及住院。

1. 荷蘭《刺胳針感染醫學期刊》9月1日刊登英國倫敦國王學院的研究指出,即使Delta病毒攻擊下,疫苗仍能提供保護力,防止重症、住院及後遺症,且突破性感染的風險極低。
2.這項研究採用病例對照研究方法,資料來自英國超過100萬名成年人在應用程式「covid症狀研究」(COVID Symptom Study)上所記錄的疫苗施打狀況及染疫記錄。
此項突破性感染者研究對象為:在2020年12月8日到2021年7月4日間,至少接種至少一劑疫苗以上且陽性確診者。再以年齡,性別,和未施打疫苗檢查陽性確診者對照。
3. 在124萬名打完一劑疫苗的成年人,發現有6030人(0.5%)出現「突破性感染」。
4. 在97萬多名打完兩劑疫苗的成年人,發現只有2370人(0.2%),出現「突破性感染」。
5. 容易發生突破性感染的風險因子:
超過60歲較衰弱的年長者在接種第一劑疫苗後: 風險是1·93倍。
生活在較貧困地區的人接種第一劑疫苗後:風險是1·11倍。
非肥胖的人接種第一劑疫苗後出現突破性感染的機率較低:風險是0·84倍。
6. 受試者施打的疫苗為輝瑞BNT、莫德納以及AZ
7. 在出現突破性感染的人當中,和沒打疫苗感染者相比:所有的症狀都比較少。
無症狀感染的機率打一劑增加了63%,打二劑增加了94%。

One round of this is a good start, feel free to repeat 2 more rounds if you can take it. Be sure to maintain good form when exercising!
To get the best out of my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week (I still train about 5-6 times a week during this outbreak). Feel free to incorporate your workout with my other training routines from my channel, choose what works best for you!
