真的超久沒出國了!!!!!但其實台灣好多厲害又道地的外國料理🌴🌴
像是在板橋車站附近的南洋風味餐酒館《來吧sunset》，不僅僅像是直接飛到南亞的小酒吧，而且還有很多少見道地的料理

其中有我吃過最特別的，有著小花跟果乾又帶著熱帶風味的《仙女沙拉》，還有使用東南亞最特別的冬蔭功醬作為底醬，又超多海鮮的《THAI酸辣海鮮意大利寬扁麵》跟《鐵鍋泰辣火炒蛤》
還有我自己在台灣從沒吃過的料理，帶著酸酸辣辣，又有著山苦瓜的苦及回甘的《日落酸辣生蝦》

我最喜歡的當然就是4種起司，讓起司控瘋狂的《4cheese pizza》還有帶著牛香味卻又甘甜的《牛骨湯》以及牛骨湯加入奶油去製作的《鐵板牛骨sizzling bulalo》

而且店家還有酒類飲品喝到飽的方案!!!除了有少女也能接受的氣泡調酒以外，還有一般調酒跟啤酒
超級適合在假日來個微醺聚會，享受一個酒精催化的夜

It took me a while to create a post about Kolai Mangyan Boracay because I made a mistake recommending a Filipino restaurant before. For my 3 months stay in Boracay, now I can finally say that it is a place to be when it comes to enjoying Filipino cuisine.Not only do they represent the culture, but they are also my restaurant to go to because of the following reasons:

1. The kitchen is open. This means they are confident enough to show to the customers that what they prepare for us, are clean and fresh.
2. Affordability. We all can splurge once in a while, but why spend double on food when you can get it half the price with better taste?
3. Location. They have two locations in Boracay. My favourite is at Station 1 near Paraw. It's modern and I love the staff there.
4. Taste. They do not market their food as if it's so special but when you taste it, it's all but Magic Sarap. Kolai Mangyan's foods are delicious which I could not believe at first.

I have been ordering Bulasing which is a fusion which name is not just invented for the sake of inventing, but it is truly a great combination of Bulalo and Sinigang.

這次長灘島必吃美食分享，我們要來介紹這家感覺很有深夜食堂氣氛的小餐館：Smoke Resto。
Smoke Resto 是屬於菲律賓家常菜，位置比較靠近 D'mall 邊角，傳統市場附近，所以在這裡用餐真的很能體驗長灘島民的生活日常。
我們這次點了一份菲律賓家常鐵板BBQ雞肉(Pan Grilled Chicken)、蘑菇牛肉(Beef and Mushroom)、蒜香蝦醬空心菜(Spicy Garlic Kangkong)、牛骨湯(Bulalo)，之前沒有想過原來菲律賓一般家常料理，和中華料理非常相近，不管是料理方式、食材都差不多，就是口味重了一些。
這裡24小時營業，客人總是很多，尤其到了晚上，燒烤、啤酒，或是一碗招牌牛骨湯，真是非常有Feel呢。
吃飽飯再到旁邊沙灘一條街(White Beach Path)逛逛，看看熱鬧的活動、表演，吹吹海風，聽聽海浪，比起白天的長灘島更多了一份寫意。

One of the best sites to visit when you're in Manila is Intramuros. This is a walled off fortified city built by the Spanish. It is home to the oldest buildings in the Philippines - including the oldest universities and churches. Today, it's primarily a tourist attraction for those who want to dive into a bit of history, and it's also a place where young people attend school or just hang out. A great way to see the entire area is by foot or hitch a ride with a pedicab rider, but make sure you set a price first before hopping on. After the tour was over, I ate a lovely lunch at some place I forgot the name to. Tried some adobo and some beef bone soup called bulalo, which was insanely delicious.
