羅馬尼亞演員盧米妮塔.喬吉烏(Luminita Gheorghiu)辭世,享壽71歲。她是羅馬尼亞電影新浪潮當中最具代表性的面孔之一,代表作包括《The Death of Mister Lazarescu》(2005)、《4月3週又2天 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days》(2007)。並曾以《愛的佔有慾 Child's Pose》(2013)提名歐洲電影獎最佳女主角獎。

一般認為羅馬尼亞電影新浪潮始於2004年,克利斯提.普優(Cristi Puiu)和卡塔林.米特里古(Cătălin Mitulescu)的短片在同一年分別奪下柏林短片金熊獎和坎城短片金棕櫚。盧米妮塔.喬吉烏當時已經出道30年,在普優隔年推出的長片《The Death of Mister Lazarescu》當中飾演護理師米歐拉一角。作品在當年坎城影展的一種注目單元折桂,喬吉烏本人也在洛杉磯影評人協會榮獲最佳女配角。

自此之後,喬吉烏成了羅馬尼亞新導演的首選班底,幾乎也堪稱是福星般的存在,得獎作幾乎都有她的身影。下一部出演作品是柯內流.波蘭波宇(Corneliu Porumboiu)執導的《1208全民開講 12:08 East of Bucharest》(2006),在坎城影展榮獲金攝影機獎。在克里斯汀.穆基(Cristian Mungiu)的《4月3週又2天》飾演女主角奧蒂利亞的男友之母,該片榮獲坎城影展最高榮譽金棕櫚獎。

在卡林.彼得.奈特(Calin Peter Netzer)的《愛的佔有慾》(附圖)之中,喬吉烏擔綱主演試圖為兒子洗脫罪名的母親科內莉亞,被認為完成了當年度最精湛的演出,提名歐洲電影獎等國際大獎,而作品也在柏林影展榮獲金熊獎。而她參與的最後一部長片是哈都.裘德(Radu Jude)執導的《追拿吉普賽! Aferim!》(2015),也在柏林影展拿下最佳導演銀熊獎。

盧米妮塔.喬吉烏早期從舞台劇出身,在55歲之前只在羅馬尼亞本國享有知名度,之後伴隨著羅馬尼亞電影新浪潮在國際影展攻城掠地,奠定國寶級演員地位。在2015年後,喬吉烏息影,直到2021年7月4日傳出辭世消息,具體原因媒體報導並未公布。

【第71屆柏林影展完整得獎名單】
.
本屆柏林影展於上週落幕,因為COVID-19疫情之故,本屆頒獎典禮延至六月舉行,目前先在線上公布得獎結果。羅馬尼亞電影《倒楣性愛和瘋狂A片》一舉奪得最佳影片金熊獎殊榮,這是羅馬尼亞繼《愛的佔有慾 Child's Pose》(2013)和《禁身接觸 Touch Me Not》(2018)之後再次於柏林掄元。

今年影展有多項創舉,包括主競賽評審團全由近年的金熊獎獲獎導演擔任,並且不設評審團主席職位。更令外界關注的,則是取消了獎項的性別分野,不再有「男、女主角獎」,德國演員馬倫.艾格特獲得了柏林影展史上首座「最佳主角獎」,首座「最佳配角獎」則由莉拉.齊茲林格奪得。未來其它影展是否跟進,也格外引人矚目。

亞洲電影今年表現出色,近年在國際影展屢獲關注的日本導演濱口龍介以《偶然與想像》獲得第二大獎評審團大獎殊榮,多產的洪常秀則以《Introduction》拿下最佳劇本獎。台灣參與出品的越南電影《Taste》則在邂逅單元獲得了一座評審團特別獎。

在其它單元部分,中國導演韓帥執導的長片《漢南夏日》榮獲新生代單元最佳影片獎,曾以《八月》榮獲金馬獎最佳劇情片的中國導演張大磊也以短片作品《下午過去了一半》奪得短片競賽評審團大獎銀熊獎。
