三奶的意思是:奶水,奶油,煉乳
總之雖然好胖胖但是好好吃 而且不會太甜
裡面是濕潤的海綿蛋糕中間再夾一層奶油

Christian 自家製無豬油菠蘿包
除左叉燒之外,我返到黎香港即刻要食返個菠蘿包!如果你同我一樣都咁鍾意食菠蘿包又想試下自己喺屋企新鮮出爐咁嘆法嘅話,大家可以試下我lee個recipe! 無豬油、無臭粉,咁就大人小朋友都食得放心啦!
整包嘅材料:
450g麵包麵粉
180ml暖水
112g糖
1隻雞蛋(50g)
7g乾發酵母
60ml牛奶
42g牛油
菠蘿包脆皮材料:
170g麵粉
14g奶粉
1茶匙煉奶
112g糖
1個蛋黃
28g花奶
14g牛油
70g葡萄籽油
1g梳打粉
1隻蛋打渾用黎搽包面
做法:
將包身材料列裏面乾同濕嘅材料分開搞渾然後先將乾同濕材料撈埋一齊搓10分鐘或者直至個dough唔痴手同埋有彈性。
跟住擺個dough喺個大碗度用保鮮紙封頂,喺暖嘅地方30分鐘等佢發酵,佢會慢慢升起變個波咁。等夠30分鐘就可以篤穿佢,包返保鮮紙再發酵30分鐘。
跟住將佢切開16個小波,擺上個焗爐盤,再包返保鮮紙等30分鐘。
跟住到個脆皮面,將脆皮材料列裏面乾同濕嘅材料分開搞渾然後先將乾同濕材料撈埋一齊再分成16份㩒扁,將每1份鋪上1個包身細波上面,然後用搞渾左嘅蛋漿搽上包面。預熱焗爐至210度,ready 之後擺D包入焗爐焗7分鐘。然後開門等1分鐘再較低溫度至170度,關門再焗10-12分鐘就得喇!
有剩脆皮底材料仲可以好似我咁就咁焗變做菠蘿包餅㗎!
Christian’s Awesome Pineapple Buns
Ingredients for the Bread: 450g Bread flour, 180ml Warm water, 112g sugar, 1 egg (50g), 7g yeast, 60ml milk, 42g butter
Ingredients for the Crust: 170g flour, 14g milk powder, 1 teaspoon condensed milk, 112g sugar, 1 egg yolk, 28g evaporated milk, 14g butter, 70g Grape seed oil, 1g baking soda, 1 egg for egg wash
Instructions
To make the bread, mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately then mix together. Knead for 10 minutes, or until smooth, elastic and not sticky.
Allow to prove in a bowl covered in cling film for 30 minutes in a warm place. Punch out the air, rewrap then allow to prove for another 30 minutes.
Divide into 16 portions and allow to prove for an additional 30 minutes
Make the crust dough by mixing wet and dry ingredients separately then mix well. Divide into 16 portions and press flat
Put a piece of crust on each bun and brush egg wash. If you have extra crust, make some cookies with it!! You'll thank yourself!
Preheat oven to 210C. When the oven is preheated, bake buns at 210C for 7 Minutes then open the oven door for 1 minute and turn down the temperature to 170C, close the door and bake for another 10-12 minutes. #hongkong Discover Hong Kong #hongkongfood #hkfood #pineapplebun #recipe #baking #bread

How to make Matcha Ice Cream
☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before
✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g
✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

1) 紅茶鮮奶茶
材料:
紅茶茶葉 8公克/black tea 8g
水 350公克/water 350g
鮮奶 150公克/milk 150g
作法:
1.杯中倒入水,選擇加熱,將水煮滾。
2.放入濾網,加入茶葉,再煮約3分鐘。

肉桂 3公克/ cinnamon 3g
作法:
1.杯中倒入水,放入濾網,再放入所有材料B的香料,選擇加熱,煮約3分鐘。
2.放入茶葉,再煮約3分鐘,將香料和茶葉濾出。
3.倒入鮮奶,再加熱約3分鐘即可。
4.可依喜好加入適量糖。
3) 泰式奶茶
材料:
泰式紅茶茶葉 8公克/tai tea mix 8g
奶水 100公克/ evaporated milk 100g
煉奶 40公克/ condensed milk 40g
水 320公克/water 320g
作法:
1.杯中倒入水,選擇加熱,將水煮滾。
2.放入濾網,再加入茶葉,再煮約3分鐘。
3.將茶葉濾出,再倒入奶水、煉乳,再加熱約3分鐘即可。
4) 桂圓鮮奶茶
材料:
紅棗 8顆/ red date 8pcs
桂圓 20公克/ dried longan 20g
水 400公克/water 400g
鮮奶 80公克/maik 80g
作法:
1.杯中倒入水,放入濾網,再放入紅棗和桂圓肉,選擇加熱,煮約20分鐘。
2.將紅棗和桂圓取出,倒入鮮奶,再加熱約3分鐘即可。

Bahan-bahan (Agar-Agar)
1 paket serbuk agar-agar
1/2 cwn gula kastor
4 cwn air
Bahan-bahan (Campuran Susu)
4 cwn air
350 gm sagu
1 cwn susu sejat
1/2 cwn susu pekat
2 cwn susu segar
mangga ranum
Cara memasak
1. Agar-agar: Masak air sehingga mendidih, kemudian masukkan serbuk agar-agar dan gula kastor. Kacau sehingga larutan sebati.
2. Tuangkan ke dalam bekas kosong dan rehatkan agar-agar seketika.
3. Selepas beku sepenuhnya, potong agar-agar tersebut kepada bentuk kiub. Ketepikan.
4. Campuran susu: Didihkan air dan masukkan sagu. Masak sehingga sagu berubah menjadi jernih.
5. Angkat dan toskan. Kemudian, basuhkan sagu dengan melalukannya pada air.
6. Setelah itu, campurkan pula susu segar, susu pekat dan susu sejat. Kacau sebati.
7. Akhir sekali, ceduk sagu dan potongan agar-agar lalu masukkan ke dalam cawan. Tuangkan pula campuran susu tadi.
8. Hiaskan dengan potongan mangga ranum.
9. Sagu Mangga & Agar-Agar siap untuk dihidangkan.

6. After that, pour in fresh milk, condensed milk and evaporated milk. Stir well.
7. Lastly, scoop sago and agar-agar into glass and pour the milk mixture into.
8. Serve with ripe mango pieces on top.
