進入6月，莎莎出生一個半月。全家籠罩在擁有兩個寶貝女兒的喜悅，我也第一次能感受凱莉當上姊姊的模樣，全家常常一起膩在家的模樣。懷孕時期就不太離家，所以全城居家 work from home 這件事我也很快能適應，在家中還是有很多活動可以讓生活很美好。
Now that Sasa is six weeks old, we've really been able to experience the joy of have two baby girls with Kali adapting wonderfully to her older sister duties. Even though we're all stuck in the house, we don't really feel like we've had to make too many adjustments because even from our pregnancy we've been pretty much working from home. Exercising has always been a part of our daily lives, so we just picked up where we left off since being pregnant.

I do miss being pregnant, working out every morning with just Kali, working out with friends like RayRay doing preggie Yoga on the roof, and watching Kali doing downward dog with us. For the daily life of a mother of two at home, outside of nursing bras, I'm just wearing "hold me bra" instead of anything else. It's wireless, sweat absorbent, and quick-drying perfect for hanging around the house. If I wanna do more intense exercises and stretching, I'll switch over to the "sporty bra," which depending on my mode, I'll either go for a reversible racerback or a cute forest green criss-cross bra so I can switch off for laundry cycles... 《狗貓輸血在做什麼、要注意什麼》
當發現狗貓病懨懨的，感覺特別虛弱，牙齦顏色顯得蒼白，又或者說不上哪裡怪，但是帶到醫院抽血檢查發現，糟了！紅血球數量、紅血球濃度（血溶比 PCV）數值太低，已經達到嚴重貧血的階段，這時候獸醫師就會建議儘快輸血，才能夠挽救動物的生命。
輸血是一種救命的手段，嚴格來說算不上治療，只用來爭取更多時間去找出究竟是什麼原因導致這麼嚴重的貧血，接著才能談怎麼去治療疾病。
確切輸血的時間點，要看血球減少的速度快或慢（急性或慢性），但是一般來說，如果狗的紅血球濃度PCV 已經低於12～15%、貓PCV低於10～12% 就需要立即輸血。
貓紅血球的分類和人類比較像，分為A、B和AB型。台灣的貓咪大多為A型，B型較少，偶而還會有AB型貓的出現。A型貓血中會有B型抗體，B型貓血中會有A型抗體，也就是異體抗體（alloantibody），當貓輸入不同血型的時候，會立即產生嚴重的免疫反應。
和人的血型不同，狗的血型以紅血球表面抗原來區分（狗紅血球表面抗原，簡稱DEA, Dog Erythrocyte Antigen）。狗的紅血球上的表面抗原很多，目前已知 DEA1（-）、1.1、1.2、3、4、5、6、7、8⋯⋯等型和Dal，這些血型都還只是冰山一角，真正狗血型共有多少種類至今還沒確立。其中血球表面若是有DEA1抗原，輸錯血引起的免疫反應最強烈，所以狗的血型卡最重要的功能是區分出DEA1陽性犬和陰性犬。
和貓不同的是，在狗的血液中，少有異體抗體（alloantibody），狗第一次輸血後大約3-7天才產生alloantibody，因此輸入不同血型的血液時，第一時間產生不良輸血反應較少，但也不是完全沒有。不過因為狗紅血球表面抗原非常多種，為了避免產生抗體後，造成之後再次輸血困難，也就是說，狗輸血前最終還是必須透過交叉配對試驗，才能找出適合輸的血。
為什麼輸血必須找到合適的血液才可以進行？因為捐血者的血液輸進貧血動物體內，如果二者之間有異，就會誘發一些不正常的免疫反應，身體會辨識出這些外來的血球，並破壞他們，也就是產生急性溶血的現象。
為了避免血液不合適，輸血前驗過犬貓的血型後，第二步需要交叉配對試驗 (cross matching)再一次仔細確認是否安全。交叉配對試驗的方法是把受血動物和捐血動物的血球、血漿在控溫狀態下混合後，等待一段時間，去觀察是不是有凝集的不良狀況。這會需要花上一點時間，當確認配對成功，第三步才是真正去採集捐血動物的血。這是為什麼當主人急忙想幫狗貓取得血液救命時，都必須要在血液中心等一段時間，為的是更加小心的確認血液的合適性。
做完測試，找到適合的血液後，整個輸血過程，包含輸血後，都要持續追蹤動物的體溫、呼吸、心跳、血壓、黏膜和皮膚的顏色、以及尿的色澤。如果發覺有異，輸血速度就必須要調降、甚至停止，以免不良反應發生。
輸血是一種救命的手段，但輸血還是會有一些風險，我們必須精確比對，盡可能避免血液的不合適造成的急性溶血反應。
過去狗貓需要輸血的時候，通常只能靠家長們和醫院努力徵求、篩選健康犬貓幫忙捐血，要是不順利，會延誤病況，造成令人心碎的後果。現在有了犬貓血庫的建立，幫助許多貓狗可以盡快取得適合的血液，搶下黃金治療時間。有些血庫除了提供全血，還有一些其他的血液製品，例如濃縮紅血球(pRBC)、新鮮冷凍血漿(FFP)、冷凍血漿(FP)等，也讓獸醫師們有了更多治療病患的選擇性。
希望大家能更了解犬貓輸血時為什麼需要花時間等待採血，以及輸血過程中需要特別注意的事項。以下簡單的插圖，讓大家更清楚輸血時候的處理流程。

Applying the eye bag concealer.
There are 2types here. What's the difference?
Umm..
Using the orange only, but this is a set of 2.
Originally?
Some people only use orange.
Yellow is only for blending in, so directly using the foundation is ok.

For darker skins, using only orange is perhaps enough.
Adding highlighter.
Do you differ the way you highlight when doing Lolita and Gothic makeup?

Drawing the eyebrows.
Parts without the natural eyebrows, how do you draw it?
Without….the length, you mean?
The length and how to draw the shape.
For the shape, I fill in the gap. More like collapsing than drawing.
And the outer corner of the eyebrows?
The extension of this line is the basic length.
Of the natural eyebrows?
Matching the eyebrows with the wig. Using brown.
Applying eye shadow.
Starting with gold.
Using some of these colors.
Are you using the shadow to make cleared-eyed look?
Yes, emphasizing a little extra on the corner.
Seeing a totally diffent impression from the previous Lolita makeup.
Overlapping to make it a gradation.
Cannot do it with one layer.
In this makeup, how many colors have you used up to this shadow?
Around 5 colors.
All brown type colors like brown and gold?
A little red.
Red type as well?
Yes, thinking of mixing. So far gold and brown.
After this shadow.

In harder Gothic makeup, seems like you're putting clear brown shadows.
Especially on the top part.

It makes it more Gothic giving it clear look.

Any special tricks on using the eyeliner?
A little. Thinking of making it longer than Lolita makeup.
You mean the edge of the eye makeup?
Mixing.
Better with the cleared-eyed look but needs a little cute essense, so taking the brush to the drooping eye line.

Blending it in.
Ar you putting red in the corner ,making it more of a bewitching image?
Ofcourse.
The strong color is more Gothic-like.
This type of red is used when I'm doing band or doing live.
Giving more impact with a taste.
It will make it clear and standout without adding too much.
Adding the eye shadow.
This time I'm not drawing the eye bag, but making around the eye a little brighter.
Hmm.
Makes it more colorful.
Using the eyelash curler.
Putting some mascara.
Using hot eyelash curler.
Putting fake eyelashes.
I usually ask for flashy fake eyelashes, but was there a special key on choosing this one?
I chose ones which is long and has volume on the outer corner.
Not just the corner, but up to two third.
Putting the bottom side.
The bottom goes to one third from the corner?
Yes, along the line.
When the corner has volume, it gives more feminine look.
When I ask to have eyelashes put on for live events, I ask to have it this way.
For live, I use ones with shorter length on the corner.

For today.
I use a longer one than usual.
Done with the eye makeup.
Giving color to the cheek.
I used red to give it a stronger look.
Do you add it to the same place as the Lolita makeup?
A little to the outer side. Just a little bit sharp, in a straght line.
Ahh, on the Lolita makeup, you added in a rounder shape.
Round,I added.
Giving some shade.
To make it clear.
Givint it clear and sharp line.

Now the lips.
Is it ok adding along the shape of the lips?
yes.
I seem to have a big mouth.
If it's a mat lipstick, a bit to the inside.
Depends I guess.
Giving it a plumpy look from the outer side makes it feminine.

Today, I’ll show you a Lolita Makeup which makes even guys look cute.
Let’s start!
Today my favorite hair makeup artist, Furuhashi san will do the makeup.
Covering the dark circles under the eye.
Everybody has dark circles under their eyes, especial busy, people, so let’s cover it.
Apply some foundation.
For this foundation, do you use different ones when you do girls makeup and mine?
I don’t use different ones for girls or boys, but I change it depending on the skin.
For Ryohei, I mixed pink and ochre.
The highlighter.
Where you want to show it high, use lighter color than the foundation.
The powder.
I’m using a little mat color today, but if you want more lustrous color, use a different powder.
No difference in boys and girls.
No.
Type of skin or the direction?
Yes.
Powder highlighter.
And, the nose shadow.
In the band we get up on stage on live performances. Do you change the color when we get up on stage?
I do.
I’m putting on light makeup.
Natural makeup.
For lives, I used much heavier ones.
Drawing eyebrows.
Drawing between each eyebrows, one by one, makes it look natural.
Draw matching color with the wig.
Putting eyebrow mascara.
Match with your hair color,draw the eye shadow.
The dress is a little cute, so adding more glitter.
Putting eye shadow with heavy glitter.
I have her use especially heavy glitter when I go on live.
She always add many layers of color.
Do you change what and how you draw depending on which part?
For the sides, I’m using thicker colors.
I draw in a round shape, and add it softly so it won’t look too sharp.

When you do my eye makeup, how many types of shadows do you use?
At least 5 types.
Drawing the eye line.
The thickness of the eyeliner for Lolita Makeup?
A little thicker than usual.
A little thicker..
Fill in between the eyelashes.
The bottom is thicker making it slightly drooping eyes.
Does it change how you apply it depending on the eyes?
Yes, along the eyes, use a soft concealer and it’ll stand out .
Mix some of these.
Using the eyelash curler.
Making the base for the mascara.
Starting from the root upwards will probably keep the eyelashes from pointing downward.
It is a kawaii type makeup so I’m putting a lot.
Second mascara.
It’s ok repeating with the same mascara, but I want more length, so I used this second mascara.
Hot eyelash curler.
Hot eyelash curler makes it look natural, so use this to balance.
End of the eye makeup.
Now the cheek.
Let’s make a little gradation here.
When mixing colors, use light colors in a round shape.
Round shape.
Softly around the cheek bone.
Not too much. Bring it around here.
Round, a little to the side.
Add some shade.
Basically you add it where you want the shade, so try to make the plump part more sharp.
Depending on the person, may be the forehead.
Adding.
Now the lip.
It’s quite pink, so apply it plenty, almost to the border of the lip.
Plenty.
Use the pink strongly.
Putting the wig on.
It’s a blond wig with a little ash color in it, but since the theme is Lolita, I’ve made it into pigtails.
For the final touch, putting on a beret.
The beret has a string which you can tie to the neck.
But I want to have it in an oblique angle, so wear it normally.
Leaning it a little to the back.
Here we have the Lolita makeup.
A kawaii Lolita makeup even for boys. Although the majority of people watching this may be girls.
If there is a boy who is interested in this, please try and enjoy Lolita fashion and makeup.
The coordination is with BABY’S original KUMA KUMA royal kingdom design jumper skirt.
Adding the beret to make it an autumn like coordination.

I started out with this outfit when I began the band, and was suggested by the hair makeup artist that I had good face and it will look good on me.
My fans say I look cute in it, thankfully.
So my high school buddies who I did the Red Zeppelin copy band together, tells me they were surprised at my transformation.
The key is being able to try fashion which you wouldn’t wear in normal life, and being able to become kawaii.
But with BABY’s brand clothes, I use what I can, such as cardigans and unisex items.
