我不是大大不過我一直有在用，XD
bifunctional crosslinker
是指這個crosslinker有兩個functional group，
在你用的SANPAH裡面，
這兩個functional group就是NHS ester 和 nitrophenyl azide
分別在crosslinker的兩端，
前者會直接跟amino group接，
後者是用UV光去activate。
所以可以利用這兩個functional group去把兩個protein crosslink起來，
至於怎麼做，
就要看你實驗的情形了～
