Spanish Needles Bidens alba is a very common weed with goof medical functions. Our ancients used it in herbal tea and some skin treatment, like small wood, itching, bug bites. I gathered the plants last weekend and made soaps with them. My college designed this stamp for it, I really like the Chinese characters in the design.
Recently, "how to prepare the lye solution of herbal soaps" was discussed in our Facebook group. Some people like to use regular herbal juice and some people like to use frozen herbal juice, so I tried both methods with the same recipe at the same time and the results are very similar (almost the same). I don't like the irritating air while dissolving lye in the regular juice, so I'd rather spend more time to freeze the juice and dissolve lye in the frozen one.

橄欖油 Olive Oil: 600g
米糠油 Ricebran Oil: 400g
椰子油 Coconut Oil: 400g
棕櫚油 RSPO - Palm Oil: 400g

How to Make Giant Bubbles that won't Pop Easily (Homemade Bubble Solution Recipe)
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 3min
Number of servings: 550ml
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
400ml boiled tap water (high purity water is better)
100ml laundry starch PVA (you can get it at DAISO 100yen shop)
50ml dishwashing liquid (surfactant around 40% increases durability)
Directions:
1. In a bottle, put granulated sugar and water. Shake to mix well. Dissolve the sugar completely.
2. pour in laundry starch and dishwashing liquid, then shake gently to mix.

【Ingredients】make 10 cakes (size:5×5×H2cm)
120g Dark chocolate
50g Unsalted butter
2 Eggs 100g (room temperature)
50g granulated sugar
25g Cake flour
15g Cocoa powder
【Directions】
Preparation: Beat the egg well.
①Put dark chocolate and butter in a bowl,microwave at 600W for 1min to dissolve.
②Preheat the oven to 160℃（320°F).
When the chocolate is melted, add sugar, and beaten egg in order, then mix well.
③Sift cake flour, cocoa powder together and mix well.
④Put the batter with a spoon in each cup.
⑤Bake at 160℃（320°F）for 14min. It's all done!
*Sprinkle powdered sugar or cocoa on top if you like.
*When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or plastic container.

ビターチョコレート 120g
無塩バター 50g
卵 2個 (100g) 室温
グラニュー糖 50g
薄力粉 25g
ココアパウダー 15g
【作り方】
準備:卵は室温に戻し、よく溶いておく。
①耐熱ボウルにチョコレートとバターを入れ、600Wの電子レンジで1分ほど加熱して溶かす。
***または湯せんにかけて溶かす。
②オーブンを160℃に予熱スタート。
チョコレートが溶けたら、砂糖、溶き卵の順に加え、ゆっくりと混ぜる。
③薄力粉とココアパウダーをふるい入れ、混ぜる。
④スプーンで生地をカップに入れる。
⑤160℃のオーブンで14分焼いて出来上がり!
*お好みで粉砂糖やココアをかけてお召し上がりください。
*ちいさめなのですぐに冷めます、冷めたらビニール袋に入れるか
タッパーなどに保存してください。
*焼きすぎは生地がパサついて美味しくなくなるので、焼きすぎ注意です。
●紙のベイクド型はダイソーさんで購入しました。
かなりちいさめですので、この大きさで生地を入れて焼くと
すぐに焼き上がります。
くれぐれも、焼きすぎないようにしましょう!
これよりも大きいカップで個数少な目で焼くときも設定温度は
同じで焼き時間はプラス1-2分で調整してください。
