I'm taking my skin for granted.
I've only started my basic skin care after I'm past 30 yrs old, but most of the time, I couldn't be bothered, not even sunblock. Partly because I feel that my skin is ok and honestly, motherhood and work makes me feel overwhelmed.
Alot of times I fell asleep with my makeup until the next day. Fell asleep with the kids lor... #DontJudgeOk 😂
But when I'm approaching the big 4 and my freckles start to come out, that is where I feel like, SHIT! I NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!
So, since now I hit my target (4 kids target
🤪), I'm starting to rearrange my schedule and faithfully starting my skin care routine. Although I still have some days I still head to the bed without doing anything 😂. #TryingMyBest
Now, sharing my night care regimen
1. Cleansing
Double cleansing if I had makeup
2. Toner
I use 2 types of toner
Toner 1: Use cotton to cleanse the skin.
Toner 2: Pat on my skin.
3. LED MASK
4. Hydration spray
5. Face mask (alternate days)
6. Lotion
7. Serum (skip if I use face mask)
Serum 1: Vitamin C
Serum 2: Daily serum
8. Moisturizer
If I'm using a light weight face mask, I will use a rich moisturizer.
If I use rich or hydrating face mask, I will use a light weight moisturizer.
7. Dark spot cream
I will give my face a good pat or massage and rest for a few mins before going to the next steps. This is to ensure the product get absorbed into my skin before applying the next product.
