How to be comfortable on the mat being fully relaxed, yet not prone to sleep (swipe ⬅️)
1. Props you may have at home.
2. Bolster or Roll extra yoga mat and place under the knees : Relieve and support the lower back so hamstring not pulling into pelvis.
3. 2 Blocks under the knees : Relieve the lower back so hamstring not pulling into pelvis.
4. Bolster, 2 blocks and 1 strap : For upper back and hip opening support
5. Hip opening using strap to support. Make a loop with the strap, loop over about hip bone area and ankle. Adjust the buckle, so won’t press into the skin.
6. Cushion under the head, sarong if room too cold.
7. Seat upright with a block or against wall.

Miss going to Plan B to eat their Kale's salad. So today I want to make my own version to fulfill my craving. It is a fun & colourful salad because in their recipe, they have added Mamee Monster's noodle crackers. The crunchiness makes the salad interesting and fun. Even kids who do not like green vegetables will end up enjoying it. Just like Lala!
Ingredients for 5 pax:
- 250g kale, thinly shredded
- 20 cherry tomatoes, cut
- 1 cucumber, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 100g rocket leaves
- 1 green apple, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 20 strawberries, cut half
- 2 whole red onions, finely cut
- 2 lime, cut half
- 3 packs Mamee Monster crackers, crushed
- 5 to 6 tbsp Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 3 to 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mustard
You can basically add any kind of green leaf vegetable and fruits to this salad. My kids said they look like "Yee Sang" for Chinese New Year. Yayy!

Doom Eternal is a first-person shooter video game developed by id Software and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fifth main game in the Doom series and a direct sequel to 2016's Doom, and is set for release on March 20, 2020, for Windows, PlayStation 4, Stadia and Xbox One, with a Nintendo Switch version planned for a release at a later date. The game received positive reviews from critics.
Players once again take on the role of the Doom Slayer, an ancient warrior who battles the demonic forces of Hell, from a first-person perspective. The game continues its predecessor's emphasis on "push-forward" combat, encouraging the player to aggressively engage enemies in order to acquire health, ammo and armor. The player has access to various firearms, such as the Combat Shotgun, Super Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, BFG 9000, and Ballista. Melee weapons such as a chainsaw, the "Crucible Blade" energy sword and a retractable arm-blade "Doomblade" can also be used. The arm-blade provides the opportunity for a larger variety of quick and violent "glory kill" executions, which always drop extra health. The Super Shotgun is now equipped with a "Meat Hook", which slingshots the player towards an enemy, functioning as a grappling hook in both combat scenarios and environmental navigation. The Doom Slayer's armor now includes an Equipment Launcher with the ability to lob grenades and ice bombs, as well as a Flamethrower that provides protection from fire-based attacks. Burning enemies always drop armor puckups, while chainsaw-killing enemies will drop ammunition. New movement mechanics such as wall-climbing, dash moves, and horizontal bars to swing from will also be introduced.
