Here's a takde selipar pool workout i did at @HarrisDenpasar, with the Sun and birds chirping while sweating, perfect :) Seriously resistance bands are one of my favourite things to use while travelling! You can do a workout anywhereeee. Thanks @Sanctbandglobal.
Instead of going for reps, you can also go for time 30-40secs each exercise for 4-5 rounds. Have fun :)
Squat To Bicep Curl 15 reps
Lunge To Chest Press 15 reps
Pushup To Leg Lift 12 each side
Kickbacks 12 each side
Shoulder Low FacePull 15rep
Tricep Kickback 15 reps
