God Doesn’t Need to Change your Story
“For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them.” (Psalms 139:13-16 WEB)
I have been seeing many posts saying that “God will change your story”. This is an error because God already wrote your story before you were even born.
In the psalm above, David wrote that God already wrote all the days that were ordained for him, even before he lived a day.
Your story is going exactly as planned. Nothing catches God by surprise. For every attack that the devil has planned, God in His foreknowledge already thought of a solution and restoration for you before Satan even existed!
So, God doesn’t need to change your story. You just need to see how the story unfolds. He is great at writing stories—the Bible is after all, the best-selling book of all-time.
