Hope everyone back in Malaysia is doing well coping at home❤️
Sending love from Korea by sharing to you guys our all time favourite stay at home healthy snacks when we were back home! We chose Nutrabliss by @watsonsmy because they’re organic & versatile. This only took me less 15 mins to make, it’s super easy!
Just mix all the ingredient in a bowl.
Here’s the recipe😉
Base (must-haves):
- 1 cup Nutrabliss organic oat
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey (any sticky sweetener like maple syrup is good too)
Additional mix-ins:
- Nutrabliss mixed dried fruits
- Nutrabliss raw almonds/walnuts/mixed nuts
- Nutrabliss organic chia seed
- Nutrabliss organic goji berries
You can also add dates, chocolate chips or anything you like! 🤤

酥酥脆脆不油不膩
蝦味滿滿
多出來的蝦肉
做成的金錢蝦餅超級Q彈

沾泰式辣醬或是拉差都超好吃
很適合當嘴饞零嘴

食 材:
鮮蝦 125g
蛋白 1/2顆
米酒 1小匙
薑片
鹽 1小匙
黑胡椒 1小匙
蔥花 少許
蛋餅皮兩張
市售泰式辣醬
把鮮蝦
蛋白
米酒
薑片
鹽
黑胡椒
蔥花
全部放入食物調理機攪拌均勻
挖一大匙蝦泥在蛋餅皮上
再拿一張蛋餅皮覆蓋在上面
用手把蝦泥壓均勻
叉子插幾個洞
放入氣炸烤箱180C 12分鐘
將剩餘的蝦肉捏成蝦餅
煎到兩面金黃
無油氣炸的月亮蝦餅就完成拉!
切塊上桌
沾一點泰式辣醬
就可以開心享用了
酥脆的月亮蝦餅
不油不膩
自己做的吃得到實在的蝦肉

材料:
25g赤藻醣醇
三顆蛋
海鹽適量
四分之一檸檬汁
作法:
1⃣️三顆雞蛋蛋白蛋黃分離
2⃣️擠點四分之一顆檸檬汁到蛋白中,15克赤藻糖醇分兩次加入打發至蛋白呈彎鉤狀即可
3⃣️蛋黃加入赤藻糖醇海鹽打發至發白兩倍大
4⃣️輕柔的將蛋白與蛋黃拌勻
5⃣️倒入放了烘焙紙的烤模中
6⃣️放入氣炸烤箱180度50分鐘(家裡烤箱比較小的話記得20分鐘時在上面放一張錫箔紙
7⃣️取出,脫模,上頭撒上纖維粉與裝飾薄荷葉,完成✅
