我們都能在日常中聽到如何讓藝術療癒生活
而我的生活也是不停的著重在解開固執、發覺能量、加強覺察力，而這一切都是為了促進接觸而做好準備。
參與的心態要比使用的方法來的重要，我的目標在於幫助體驗者與其他團員建立連結，我們感興趣的其實不是觀察也不是分析，我們想知道的是 『在這過程當中的參與者們還能有多少接觸是我們感到興奮的』
儀式性一次又一次的社交中若有人無法自拔的相戀，我相信，那便會是穿越時空的開場白！
不只是現場的焦點人物，如果我們能夠不失去對自己的想法和情感的覺察，我們就能透過這體驗給予自己可能具有的意義。
溝通模式和動態同理心模式會是很重要的關鍵，當我們能夠進入他人自覺或不自覺的意念或感覺時，就能以溫柔，明淨的眼光甚至是開放的心態看待別人，更學會如何與自己和他人連結。
而這樣的實踐會是需要長時間練習的，也就是我們常常在說的生活藝術。：）
