[ 那些我不“安”分干过的事 ] 它自然发生了，它不简单；也非不可能。打从加入敢敢动刀改掉那过去总让人看不懂的餐牌后，接下来的事就如星火燎原般自动燃烧造成了眼前品牌进驻大马过去25年不曾出现的这堆搞作。记得曾有位前辈在我即将加入前酸了我一轮说应该无法让我有什么发挥，哈，坦白说，这一切从理出概念-进行分析-严谨计算-小心预测-不断测试-提呈计划-拍案通过-完成设计-控制素质-领导同事-激励店员-了解运作-市场调查-深入系统-分析效果-整理报告。。。等等，无一不面对让我翻白眼几百轮的人事物问题🤭。后来想想毕竟是品牌过去25年没做过的事，出现无言的问题自然也勉强合理化了🤣。当然我也感激所有配合协助我来到这里程碑的每个单位（不提名了，对，是你）。支持过的，无尽感谢也希望继续喜欢；插肩而过的也别担心，这些搞作会循众要求再次轮流上阵再次温暖大家，敬请期待。既然不简单，来点仪式感吧，记个录，哪怕某天我想出书爆料这段期间经历的种种翻白眼事迹，这张应该足以让我回想很多😆。至于接下来还想在这里“玩”些什么暂时还没想到，想到再告诉你😉。［Those Stuffs I Did for This Auntie ] Well, of course not easy, but not impossible as well. Since I joined and revamped the “hard-to-understand” menu, followings just happened back to back by a hidden momentum and results changes which it never had for passed 25 yrs in M’sia. I rmb just before I officially join, a senior once teased me there’s not much stuff I can do with it... Well Frankly, the process is way harder than you can imagine. From ideation - analysis - forecast - try & error - proposal - approval - designing - control quality - leading - move departments - understand system - observe market - crunch datas - analysis - present results ... etc, none of the processes were smooth. However, it make sense to be challenging as it’s the 1st time it has these ‘big moves’ for passed 25 yrs here🤣, and I appreciate those involved throughout this process to make it happened (Yes, it’s you). Those who supported, sincerely thanks; Those who missed out, no worry as all these will take turn to ‘come back’ due to high request from market, stay tune. Allow me to record this moment, who knows one day if I were to realease a book about my days with ‘Auntie’, this shot will be more than enough to flash me back all ‘Unbelievable’ experiences I mentioned, 😆. God knows what else this uncle going “play” with this Auntie, you’ll know it when you know it😉.
