Chef LG Han takes us on a personal journey through local Singaporean food by his own interpretation, whilst staying true to taste, Chef Han ensure that the locality and sustainability of produce is at the forefront and in the diner's mindset throughout the dining experience. Play by play we are introduced to each dish by waterpaint postcard, reflecting hawker foods, places, produce and comfort dishes. The cuisine is fine yet effortlessly unpretentious, there's a certain "coolness" and element of fun behind these robust yet intelligent flavours, much like Chef Han himself.
