นอกจากนี้ ย้อนกลับไปช่วงเดือนมกราคมของปี 2020 ทาง Kojima ก็เคยกล่าวว่ามีแผนพัฒนาโปรเจกต์ที่ควบคู่กับการสร้าง "เกมขนาดใหญ่" ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยหนังสือการ์ตูนมังงะ, อนิเมะ, เกมแบบตอน Episode หรือเกมวางจำหน่ายเฉพาะรูปแบบดิจิทัลเท่านั้น เพราะฉะนั้นไม่สามารถคาดเดาได้จริง ๆ ว่าผลงานโปรเจกต์ใหม่ของ Kojima Productions จะมาในรูปแบบไหนกันแน่

Kojima Productions, a game development team founded by Hideo Kojima, has announced via private Twitter that the team has opened a lot of staff to develop a new project that hasn't been officially launched.

Even the teamwork doesn't reveal details about the new project, if it's based on Hideo Kojima's interview after Death Stranding game is on sale, he said it's interested in developing the Death Stranding sequel to push ′′ Social Strand Game ′′ into the game. New to creating the horror game he's dreamed of doing for a long time.

Also, back in January of 2020, Kojima was once said that there was a project development plan that was alongside creating ′′ big game ′′ which consisted of comic books, manga, anime, games. Episode or game is available for only digital format, so it can't really predict what Kojima Productions new project will come in.
