Setiap kali selepas solat Maghrib, jika tidak ke mana-mana, saya akan pastikan anak-anak berada bersama dengan Al Quran. Televisyen wajib ditutup pada waktu ini dan sememangnya saya tidak membenarkan anak-anak menonton televisyen pada waktu malam, kecuali jika ada siaran-siaran tertentu sahaja.

Mendidik anak dengan Al Quran adalah antara amanah terpenting seorang ayah yang perlu dilaksanakan dengan jayanya terhadap anak-anak. Namun, jika rasa tidak mampu, atau ingin anak-anak mendapat guru yang lebih baik, lakukanlah.

Walaupun telah dihantar kepada guru, sedaya upaya, cubalah untuk mendidik anak-anak membaca Al Quran melalui usaha kita sendiri.

“Seandainya seorang lelaki itu dapat mengajar anaknya, adalah lebih utama daripada dia bersedekah dengan satu sha’” (Riwayat Tirmidzi)

Jika kita ikhlas mendidik anak-anak membaca Al Quran, dan anak-anak itu membesar dan dapat membaca Al Quran dengan baik asbab dari ajaran dari ayahnya sendiri, maka pahala anak itu setiap kali dia membaca Al Quran akan terus masuk ke dalam akaun ayahnya sehingga bila-bila, walaupun bila kita telah meninggal dunia. Apatah lagi jika kita bukan sahaja mengajar membaca Al Quran, tapi memahamkan anak akan isi-isi Al Quran dan mendorong mereka untuk mengamalkannya di sepanjang kehidupan.

Tidak mahukah kita, setelah kita mati nanti, kubur kita disinari oleh pahala anak-anak kita yang membaca Al Quran di dalam solat dan di rumah-rumah mereka, asbab dari kita yang tidak pernah jemu mendidik mereka membaca Al Quran.

Bila anak itu mengajarkan anak-anaknya pula membaca Al Quran dengan baik, maka pahalanya juga akan sampai kepada kita. Allahuakbar! Inilah simpanan tetap yang paling baik buat kita nanti di alam barzakh.

Mendidik anak-anak membaca Al Quran memang sukar, terutamanya jika kita bukan ahlinya, tapi belajarlah, belajarlah demi redha Allah agar nanti cerah masa depan kita di alam baqa’.

Mari wahai ayah, mulai hari ini, didiklah anak-anak membaca Al Quran dari tangan kita sendiri.

Percayalah keberkatan dan kemanisannya adalah amat luarbiasa.

Educating children with al Quran is among the most important trust of a father who needs to be successfully implemented against children. However, if you can't afford it, or want the kids to get a better teacher, do it.

PENDEDAHAN: Bukti Usaha Dakyah Untuk Memurtadkan Pelajar Kita [Siri 3]

Dr Yoo Chong Young adalah penggerak utama ajaran Unification Church di Malaysia. Beliau sudah bertapak lebih 11 tahun di Malaysia semata-mata untuk menyebarluaskan ajaran ketuanya Sun Myung Moon atau dikenali Father Moon.

Di dalam pendedahan siri ini akan mengetegahkan apa yang berlaku sebenarnya disebalik penglibatan mereka di dalam badan-badan kerajaan dan NGO di Malaysia. Ada dua situasi, pertama adalah mendedahkan apa yang berlaku di Korea Selatan bersama dengan pelajar Malaysia dan kedua adalah pendedahan ucapan misionari Unification Church di Malaysia.

Apa Yang Berlaku Di Korea Selatan?

Seperti disebut di dalam siri yang lepas, terdapat satu program yang telah berlansung di Universiti-Universiti tempatan iaitu program Students for Peace Leadership Conference. Program ini digerakkan oleh sebuah badan besar di bawah agama Unification Church iaitu Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP). Antara Universiti yang telah menjadi sasaran program ini adalah Universiti Malaysia Terengganu pada 30 April 2018, Universiti Putra Malaysia pada 10 Mac 2018, Universiti Sains Malaysia pada 6 Oktober 2018. Dan mungkin akan ada lagi susulannya memandangkan mereka mensasarkan 13 Universiti di Malaysia.

Salah satu carannya adalah di dalam program tersebut, Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) akan memberi anugerah ‘Youth Ambassadors for Peace’ kepada mana-mana pimpinan mahasiswa atau mahasiswi dari lain-lain Universiti di Malaysia dan pelajar yang mendapat anugerah itu, dia boleh mengajak beberapa orang rakan yang lain untuk menghadiri program “Student Leadership Conference & Exploring Korean Development and Culture Tour”. Yang mana program tersebut akan diadakan di Korea Selatan (dan akan dibuat juga di Hawaii). Peserta hanya perlu menyediakan pembelanjaan tiket penerbangan sahaja manakala yang lain-lain akan ditanggung oleh Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP).

Antara pelajar Universiti yang terlibat di dalam program ke Korea Selatan adalah dari Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) dan Universiti Selangor (UNISEL).

Program itu berlangsung selama seminggu bermula 30 Julai sehingga 5 Ogos 2018 bertempat di YongPyeong Ski Resort, Korea Selatan. Apa yang berlaku selama seminggu itu adalah:

1) Pelajar-pelajar didedahkan tentang ideologi Father Moon dan Unification Church.
2) Pelajar-pelajar dipaparkan video dan testimoni pimpinan seluruh dunia mengenai Father Moon.
3) Pelajar diberikan buku pendakyahan Unification Church tulisan Dr Yoo Chong Young sendiri bertajuk True Parents and World Peace.
4) Pelajar didedahkan tentang Mass Weeding dan idealogi Unification Church berkenaan perkahwinan dan juga kekeluargaan.
5) Pelajar didoktrinkan supaya “mengagungkan” Father Moon sehingga ketika saat sebelum makan juga pelajar diajar untuk menyebut “Father Moon” bagi menggantikan “Cheers”.
6) Pelajar disuruh mengangkat ikrar dan bersumpah untuk mengiktiraf Father Moon dan Mother Moon sebagai Heavenly Parent dan menunaikan 3 Great Blessing. Pada waktu itu berlaku ketegangan kerana ramai yang protes untuk melakukannya.
7) Pelajar Malaysia dibawa ke Istana Unification Church bernama Cheon Jeong Gung Peace Museum and Meeting Center yang berada di pendalam di atas bukit. Istana berwarna putih itu digelarkan sebagai “Vatican of the East”. Pelajar dilarang membawa sebarang kamera atau telifon pintar ke dalam istana tersebut. Di dalam istana tersebut terdapat barang peninggalan Father Moon seperti baju, kasut, paparan legasi sepanjang hidupnya dan sebagainya.
8) Semasa berada di Istana tersebut pelajar disuruh untuk melakukan upacara tunduk hormat pada sebuah tempat yang dianggap suci oleh Unification Church dan ada pelajar muslim juga terlibat.
9) Pelajar juga ditawarkan untuk membawa balik kitab suci Unification Church itu “Divine Principle”.

Semua pendedahan ini kami memiliki bukti berbentuk gambar, video dan juga saksi dari peserta yang telah menghadiri program tersebut. Perkara ini jelas menunjukkan bahawa agenda mereka adalah untuk merekrut keahlian dari pelajar-pelajar Malaysia untuk menerima agama Unification Church. Memandangkan mereka tahu jika hal ini dilakukan di Malaysia maka mereka melanggar Perlembagaan Malaysia perkara 11 (4) iaitu:

“Perlembagaan Persekutuan memperuntukkan undang-undang negeri dan berkenaan dengan Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Labuan dan Putrajaya, undang-undang persekutuan boleh mengawal atau menyekat pengembangan apa-apa doktrin atau kepercayaan agama dalam kalangan orang yang menganuti agama Islam”

Oleh itu, mereka memilih untuk menghantar pelajar Malaysia ke Korea Selatan untuk mengelak dari terikat dengan peraturan tersebut untuk mendoktrin agama mereka kepada pelajar-pelajar Malaysia.

Apa Dakyah Unification Church Di Malaysia?

Di bahagian ini pula akan mendedahkan teks dan juga program yang telah diusahakan oleh agama Unification Church di Malaysia. Hal ini jelas bercanggah dengan Perlembagaan Malaysia dan juga enakmen Ugama Bukan Islam (Kawalan Pengembangan Di Kalangan Orang Islam) Negeri.

1) Ucapan Dr Yoo Chong Young di program Students for Peace Leadership Conference yang diadakan di Universiti Putra Malaysia, pada 10 Mac 2018, yang dihadiri oleh majoriti pelajar Muslim. Ucapan ini diambil daripada buku tulisan beliau sendiri di dalam buku True Parents And World Peace:[1]

a) Beliau membawa cerita berkenaan petanda bahawa Father Moon adalah Sang Penyelamat di zaman sekarang berdasarkan kisah Sir Anthony Brooke yang sanggup ke Korea Selatan untuk mencari Sun Myung Moon:

“Fifty-three years ago, Anthony Brooke received a revelation from above when he was half awake and half asleep. God told him in the vision of the night: A living saint, the Peace Messiah has appeared in the land of the Rising Sun in a Far-Eastern country. Then, on 24 March 1964, he went to Korea”

Sebelum Anthony Brooke tiba di Korea, dikatakan beliau beranggapan kehadiran sang penyelamat di “land of the rising sun in a far eastern country” di dalam mimpi itu adalah Jepun lalu beliau ke Jepun. Selama di Jepun dikatakan beliau tidak menemukan seorang pun pendeta yang dimaksudkan itu sehinggalah seorang Professor di Eh Hwa Women University menulis surat kepada Anthony Brooke bahawa tanah matahari terbit itu bukan Jepun tetapi Korea. Lalu Dr Yoo memetik ayat Bible:

“May I refer to Revelation 7:2 “I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God”

Berdasarkan ayat ini, seolah-oleh menunjukkan bahawa Father Moon itu merupakan ‘malaikat’ dari timur itu. Walhal sambungan kepada ayat itu berbicara konteks yang sangat berbeza.

Mimpi tersebut menjadi tanda aras kepada Dr Yoo bahawa ia sedang merujuk kepada Father Moon di Korea. Dan beliau menyambung:

“Finally, after meeting Father Moon in Seoul in a shabby humble house at Chung Pa Dong, Anthony Brooke testified Father Moon as the Peace Saint, Peace Messiah and King of Peace. Anthony Brooke said: “I had seen Father Moon’s face in my vision”. Fortunately, I (Dr. Yoo) also heard his testimony at that time.”

Setelah itu Dr Yoo menekankan dengan ingin melogikkan bahawa benar mimpi itu adalah dari Tuhan sehingga membawa Anthony Brooke sampai ke Korea untuk bertemu dengan sang penyelamat baru.

b) Dr Yoo juga menjelaskan bahawa salah satu misi Father Moon (Unification Church) adalah untuk membangkitkan tamadun baru yang aman dikenali sebagai Pacific Rim Era. Yang mana ia adalah tamadun yang dikuasai oleh lingkaran Pacific bermula Santiago (Chile) ke Las Vegas (US) ke Anchorage (Alaska) ke Jepun ke Korea ke Malaysia dan ke Wellington (New Zealand). Beliau berucap:

“Long ago, Father Moon foresaw the pattern of how human culture will be developing during the different eras. Therefore, he declared, “With the rise of the Pasific Rim Era, a new civilization of peace is beginning!” It is Father Moon’s ferevent desire that all of us living around the Pasific Rim can unite and play a more active role in bringing about peace and harmony to our world.”

“I would like to encourage all of you, Ambassadors for Peace here in Malaysia to work together to bring about peace and true family culture in our world!”

“I believe UPM will be another volcano and starting point of Peace for Malaysia and the World. Could you please wake up from the deep sleep? Open your spiritual eyes and then you will see the new world.”

Sememangnya antara kawasan lingkaran Pasific ini menjadi fokus bertapak kukuhnya gerakkan keagamaan ini. Di tengah-tengah pula terletakknya kepulauan Hawaii dan disitu juga merupakan kawasan yang sangat aktif mereka melakukan dakyah. Malah ahli parlimen Malaysia juga pernah dihantar oleh Universal Peace Federation untuk menghadiri persidangan di sana.[2] Selain itu, ada ura-ura mereka juga merancang akan membuat program Leadership Conference bersama dengan Mahasiswa Malaysia di Hawaii yang akan digunakan pelajar Malaysia yang telah menghadiri di Korea pada awal Ogos lalu untuk menguruskan program di Hawaii.

Dr Yoo melabelkan sesiapa yang melibatkan diri ke dalam misi Unification ini dengan gelaran Ambassadors of Peace agar dilihat lebih harmoni.

2) Ucapan dari anak Sun Myung Moon iaitu Dr. Hyun Jin Preston Moon dalam program Global Peace Convention pada 5-8 Disember, 2013, di Hotel Shangri-la, Kuala Lumpur. Beliau merupakan pengasas kepada Global Peace Foundation dan di Malaysia juga memiliki cawangannya di Petaling Jaya. Ucapan beliau bertema “Unity in Diversity: Building Social Cohesion for Sustainable Peace through Universal Aspirations, Principles, and Values”. Program ini dihadiri oleh ahli perniagaan, pimpinan negara, dan ahli akedemik dalam dan luar negara.[3] Ada beberapa perkara yang beliau sebut:

“We all aspire to establish peace on earth, to recognize the value of human life, to recognize the importance of individual responsibility in living according to the laws of nature and heaven and of the individual conscience in guiding us to do so, and to realize that we are truly ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD”

“I believe that vision is the simple yet profound idea that all people, regardless of race, nationality, religion, or culture, are members of ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD.”

“You have all gathered here because you share the hope of a peaceful world rooted in the vision of ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD.”

“Let us determine that it is not they who will determine the future, but it is us that share this common vision to build ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD, to put our mark in this very crucial moment in human history, and shape the future of humanity.”

“This is a solemn moment. But I cannot leave without giving a challenge. This is a big, big challenge that I am proposing here today: Will you become owners of the dream of ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD and make it a living reality for future generations? If you do, please stand up.”

“I want to share with you a Korean word: “Aju”. My father (Sun Myung Moon) explained that this word has tremendous meaning to it, because it means that “I will take ownership over it,” not somebody else. “Peace will start with me. I will be the peacemaker.” So could we say together, “Aju!”? [Aju!] Louder, could we say, together, “Aju!”? [Aju!]

“Will you be owners of the dream of ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD and carry this message and the large mantle that is present before us to the world as the true peacemakers of this century? Will you do that? Yes or no? [Aju!]”

Konsep One Family Under God ini merupakan konsep di dalam Unification Church. Ia dikenali sebagai legasi terakhir Sun Myung Moon. Ia dibahaskan di dalam laman sesawang mereka di bawah tajuk “One Family Under God Is Dr. Sun Myung Moon’s Lasting Legacy” ada menyebut bahawa Father Moon itu adalah bapa rohani bagi semua, semua adalah anak-anaknya, dan semua adalah satu keluarga.[4]

Ini kerana menurut akidah Unification Church, Father Moon dan Mother Moon adalah Ibubapa Syurgawi (Heavenly Parent) dan mereka itu Ibubapa sejati (True Parent) jelmaan Adam dan Hawa yang ketiga di dunia. Oleh itu mereka mengajak untuk menerima konsep fahaman mereka supaya berada di dalam satu keluarga yang dinaungi oleh Father Moon dan Mother Moon di bawah ‘tuhan Father Moon’. Malah pengikut Unification Church ada menulis buku bertajuk One Family Under God: The Life of Sun Myung Moon.

Agenda yang dibawa oleh Dr Hyun Jin Moon ini secara terang mempromosi idea ini kepada rakyat Malaysia. Malah di sebuah halaman di Facebook bernama Dr. Hyun Jin Preston Moon terdapat posting pada 29 Mac 2012 sekeping gambar Dr Hyun Jin Moon bersama dengan pelajar-pelajar Malaysia dari pelbagai bangsa termasuk Melayu, Cina dan India dan dipercayai program tersebut diadakan di Kuala Lumpur. Status tersebut menulis “Dr. Hyun Jin Moon speaking to 2,000 students from 10 universities and colleges in Malaysia.” Dan semua pelajar memakai baju bertulis “One Family Under God Aju!”[5]

Kebanyakkan aktiviti yang dilakukan mereka ini sememangnya menuju kepada pendakyahan kepada agama Unification Church. Sebenarnya masih banyak lagi program mereka yang berjalan setiap bulan.

Jika dilihat kepada hasil daripada kesemua kes di atas ini, ternyata mereka telah melanggar Undang-Undang Malaysia iaitu Perlembagaan Malaysia Perkara 11 (4) dan juga Enakmen Ugama Bukan Islam (Kawalan Pengembangan Di Kalangan Orang Islam) Negeri Selangor (1988) di bawah:

Seksyen 5. Kesalahan mendedahkan orang belum dewasa berugama Islam kepada pengaruh ugama bukan Islam.

Seksyen 6. Kesalahan mendekati orang Islam untuk mendedahkannya kepada apa-apa ucapan atau pertunjukan sesuatu mengenai ugama bukan Islam.

Seksyen 7. Kesalahan menghantar atau menyerahkan terbitan-terbitan mengenai apa-apa ugama bukan Islam kepada orang berugama Islam.

Selain itu masih banyak lagi program yang melibatkan agama Unification Church yang ada maklumat bersama kami. Ramai pihak yang tidak sedar tentang kehadiran mereka dan juga usaha mereka untuk melebarkan sayap di Malaysia. Faktor-faktor itu sudah kami bincangkan di dalam artikel sebelum ini (Siri 2).

Kesimpulan

Masyarakat Malaysia hendaklah sedar dan peka akan kehadiran agama baru yang makin halus melebarkan dakyahnya di Malaysia. Unification Church ini jelas adalah sebuah agama baru yang membina ketaksuban kepada pengikut mereka sebagai nabi baru. Mereka memiliki dana yang sangat besar dalam mengerakkan program dan usaha pendakyahan di seluruh dunia.

The more money she had, however, the more insecure she became.

She worried about losing it all. She deeply craved the warmth of love to complete her soul.

She was only 22. The client was manly, handsome and charming. He gave her $20K for her company.

She badly wanted him for her own. To be his wife.

With $100,000 withdrawn, she gave it all to her 2nd Mama-san. She decided she would use black magic to lock his heart. And soul.

But it was a fraud. The Mama-san started exhorting from her.

She was desperate and down to her last $2. She began stealing from her family and lying to feed the incessant demands and threats from her Mama-san.

She gradually realised this was her retribution of selling her body for quick money.

However, this new realisation didn't change her a bit.

She met a new client, Dave. He was a married man. It was love at first sight for her.

The initial joy she had from the money and attention he showered her blinded her wisdom to the extramarital affair.

She stayed in one of Hong Kong's expensive apartments at a prime district. But it soon became an soulless shell of loneliness that prompted her suicide attempts.

Dave coldly dumped her like a hot potato, as he didn't wish to handle an emotionally volatile woman.

Ken told her she bore an uncanny resemblance to his first love. She fell hard for his sweet words and gentle demeanour.

He weaved a forlorn tale of an emotionally abusive and lonely marriage, and how it was impossible for him not to to be attracted to her.

They travelled greatly and dined at expensive restaurants.

To have a married man giving his heart to her, was like tasting the forbidden apple. That first juicy bite satiated her craving to be desired. And to win another woman.

This time, she decided she would use black magic again to break up his marriage. She coveted that role of his wife. A permanent and lasting relationship, finally.

Black magic uses the dark forces of ghosts to carry out the client's wishes. She paid a good US$10,000 for a famous sorcerer and another US$4000 for her Thai amulet and mud puppet.

Did she capture Ken in the end?

They got into physical fights crazily. The amulet that controlled the ghosts backfired, and her sanity was devoured by the ghosts.

Her craziness drove her to swallow 200 sleeping pills and cut her wrists. ANYTHING to have him stay with her. Ken was horrified and visited her daily at the hospital. She felt triumphant. Finally, he was at her beck and call.

The happiness was short-lived. After her discharge, he broke up with her when he was on an overseas stint.

She went absolutely berserk and grabbed a knife to her throat. It felt that the ghosts wielded full control of her mind and body. Her mum kept yelling at her.

The realisation of truth came too late for her: A man, who lied to his wife and had an affair, will never be honest with her. Once a liar, always a liar.

She was warded into the high-dependancy unit at the mental hospital. Everyday, she was surrounded by suicidal and high-risk patients. They were bounded at their feet and hands. It was a petrifying sight. Was this the end of her life? She wasn't even 28. How did she allowed a man to destroy her prime years?

She sought to understand love and karma. She delved into Buddhist books, wanting to know what caused her to lose her mind. She started to have deep regret about taking short cuts in life and her laziness in earning money the ethical way. She saw, on her hands, the fresh blood of people's happiness that she had killed.

But the greed and anxiety in her couldn't be satisfied with a regular job. Or a single man who doesn't make enough to provide for her.

She was needy, attention-seeking and quarrelsome. I had called her a yoyo. I had spent many hours over a few months, replying to her messages.

Every day, she fought hard against the temptation to take up another escort job

「捨邪歸正」

I lost count how many Masters she sought advice from before she found me online.

She read my posts and was amazed by my tenacity to take failures.

She watched my video on suicide and became aware of the Hell that all suicide victims go to. To repeat that act of killing themselves every day at the same time they died.

Among the many things I said at our consultation, I could tell her the age range she sold herself and that it was a elder lady who gave her the chance. She was surprised at my accuracy.

I told her the only way out was to sincerely repent for her past misdeeds. Blind listening to Buddhist chants and sutras would do nothing to change her fate. That is passive. Being active is to recite it and abide by the precepts.

I instructed her to write out her story in as much details as possible, to lead other sex workers, or wannabes, suicidal people and men with affairs to the Right Path.

This was one of the fastest ways I know that can change a disastrous life around.

All the Thai amulets, crystals and pendants she stashed in her room MUST go. She spoke of their decreasing power over time, and it seemed like a never-ending black hole as she kept on buying more and more to help her legitimate business.

She asked whether she would be able to get a publisher to buy her story.

I told her to forget about making money from her book. Give it for free. Post it online. Somehow, somewhere, everywhere. Get the story out. Fast.

When her boyfriend left her a sum of money, I insisted that she returned it. Don't take money that you didn't earn it rightfully. She said that was her breakup fee. I put my feet down, and said it was a proper relationship between two singles, and she caused the breakup. Why would she need money for loving a man who had loved her?

She promised she would write her story.

But she lied to me. Just like how she lied of making the $49 donation the next day, before seeking a Bazi consultation with me.

She went to the Guan Yin Temple at Waterloo Street, and sought a divination stick. It was her favourite activity whenever she was troubled or at a dilemma.

Right after she left the temple, she messaged and questioned why she received a 下簽 (bad lot) for my recommendation.

I asked for the number of the divination lot and the actual question she posed.

"I want to write a story about my life to encourage women not to sell their bodies and for married men not to have affairs. I may be hurt or sabotaged by people, so please protect me."

That didn't sound like a question. But the Bodhisattva had a way in teaching sentient beings.

I was dumbfounded at the Bodhisattva's omnipresent accuracy and foresight, when I saw the divination number.

It was a bad lot indeed, but not because of the solution I gave to my client.

「莊子試妻」

Zhuangzi was a famous and well-respected Chinese philosopher of the Warring States Period.

One day at the mountains, he walked past a new grave and saw a woman kneeling over the freshly turned soil, hurriedly fanning it.

Not understanding the woman's behaviour, Zhuangzi asked for her intention.

The woman replied, that her husband lied beneath the soil. Before he died, he had said she could only remarry, when the soil of his grave dried. It was the rainy season at that time, hence her fervent fanning, so that she could quickly seek a new man.

Zhuangzi shook his head, when he heard of her heartlessness.

Unknown to many, Zhuangzi was an accomplished Taoist practitioner. With his supernatural powers, he helped the woman to dry the soil almost immediately. Thrilled at the dried grave, the widow gave her fan to Zhuangzi and hurried down the mountain.

Zhuangzi returned home, singing and waving the fan. His wife, Tian, questioned where he got the fan from. When she heard of the widow, Tian was so angry that she tore the fan into pieces and called the widow shameless.

Zhuangzi pacified his wife and said he had faith in her chastity.

A few days later, he fell very sick and died. Tian was saddened at her husband's sudden death and wept in sorrow

At his funeral, a very handsome young man showed up with his old servant. He said he was Zhuangzi's student, and a son of an important government official.

He wanted to perform the rites of a dutiful student, and helped in his teacher's funeral, by watching vigil for three years.

His good looks caught the eye of the newly minted widow, Tian. She sought to know more his eligibility from the old servant.

Within 20 days, they got married.

On the night of their wedding, the young man was struck with an ear-shattering migraine. Tian anxiously asked the old servant for help. The old servant said his young master had this strange illness since birth. The only cure was to consume the brain of a human. Back in his hometown, the father would take the brain from the prisoners sentenced for death for his son.

But in this remote countryside, where could they find a human brain as medicine?

Tian thought of her dead husband. She promptly took an axe and hacked open his coffin.

Zhuangzi leapt out from the coffin and mused this now-famous Chinese verse, "青竹蛇兒口，黃蜂尾上針，兩者皆不毒，最毒婦人心。"

Tian proclaimed that she heard noises in her coffin and wanted to see if Zhuangzi was alive.

Zhuangzi questioned the red finery on her and the red decor in the house. Tian argued that she wanted to welcome him. So she donned on the wedding finery to get married with him again.

The young man and his servant walked in. They were actually manifestations of Zhuangzi's supernatural powers.

Tian was so ashamed of her heartless and deciteful act that she eventually hung herself.

Every divination lot comes with a poem and a background story. This was the background story on my client's divination lot.

The poem states:

因名喪德如何事 卻恐吉中變化凶
酒醉不知何處去 青松影里夢朦朧

Virtues are destroyed in pursuit of self gain. Fear that the auspicious will morph into bad.

The drunkard knows nowhere to go. In the green forest a shadow lingers in a dreamy haze.

It is common to encounter clients that lack faith in my recommendations.

Some will ask many questions after our session, wanting to know why my solutions will help them or how I derive my solutions. There are also emotional clients who would flare up and lose all their manners, when they can't get an answer that they like from me.

I don't ask my doctor what ingredient goes into the making of my cough syrup and how it works scientifically in my body.

I take action by drinking it as prescribed. Because based on past experience, I trust that his medicine will work to help my predicament. I don't drink, I continue to be sick, I don't see results.

My suggestions don't require my clients to consume unknown medical liquids into their bodies. Yet few clients take action, when it comes to their Destiny.

Despite me being recommended by their friend who experienced positive results with my help, and have genuine testimonials to justify my fees.

That divination lot was Bodhisattva telling me: My client will not write her story, for she does not sincerely regret her past acts.

It was also a grave reprimand to her to mend her ways before it was too late.

But she didn't see the divination lot in the same manner as I did.

Not only does she lack faith in my words, she distrusted the holy words of the Bodhisattva too.

Give money, buy love, buy fame, buy business, buy wealth and buy that. No need hard work.

Such is the sexy appeal of many ghostly amulets. They appeal to people who want many things in life but refuse to follow the Law of Karma, to sow seeds the right way.

I see one client bidded for a Thai amulet from a Facebook Live. Another wanted to buy a multi-coloured bracelet, because "so pretty! Got power some more!" Luckily, his Wife who had learned some Buddhism from me stopped him.

In March 2017, this client sent me a message:

"Hi Ji Qian, hope you are well. Good luck for your Home Fengshui For A Happy Marriage tomorrow.

I was looking thru our past convos where we first started speaking online. Yes, Im a spoilt brat and Im a yoyo porcupine. I look at a sentence that is poignant - "the day you stop relying on men is the day you become prosperous". I wonder if that day will ever come. I I finally understand that my Facebook Adverts getting disabled is due to my past karma. And I haven't finished writing the repentance story which u instructed me to write in August. I think I know that I'm half-hearted in repentance, that's why I can't bring myself to finish the story. I'm just wondering if I am supposed to survive on my savings till my Facebook Advert Account get reactivated.

I haven't been able to find any new product to sell since XXX (sales also failing miserably). I am weak-willed and too reliant on men. The only thing keeping me from committing suicide is my mum and because I'm reminded by Shifu's words that a suicide victim is doomed to repeat the same act."

菩薩英明。

Last year, I had casually asked if I could share her story. She promptly gave me the permission.

Yesterday, one client called me unempathetic towards him. The way he wrote suddenly jolted my memory of this client. I had taken too long to write her story.

I told her to write in English and Chinese, and she did part of it.

The account you read of her past was adapted from her written work. Though there are many grammar and structural mistakes, she does write very well.

The poison in our hearts will eventually consume our souls if we do not purge it out. What joy is there when we resort to brutal force to keep a man by our side? Should he chooses to leave, that does not discount the value of our self worth. A man who isn't interested in you for the right reason isn't attractive.

The same goes for men who cheat or pay for sex. You are ruining another woman's life when you satisfy your lust.

When you inflict suffering on another being, in return, you get pain and suffering on yourself. So don't sow the seed in the first place. Repentance done right over a period of time can prevent your past bad seeds from germinating, and reduce your suffering.

If there is any merit in sharing her story here, I dedicate all of it to my client.

May she have the inner wisdom and stability to lead a virtuous life.

May she always be surrounded by good teachers to show her the way.

May her vile affinities be broken and replaced by good ones.

May her greed and hatred be subdued.

May she repent for her past transgressions in time.

No matter how long it may take, one step forward into the Light is one step away from Darkness.
